I looked at quite a few videos on how to do this. This was the most straightforward. The only criticisms I have is that it didn't give close-ups of the ribbon/connector removals and that the glass screen wasn't heated a bit to soften the adhesive. All-in-all a great video. My wife's phone repaired for about £14.

I have a S6790 Galaxy Fame Lite. Where can I find the back cover, touch screen digitizer(white) and the edges of the touch(if you can understand me)?

i had my samsung galaxy fame s6810p with a broken screen and ordered a new screen online. then followed the above instructions and when i switch my phone on i can hear the sounds but all i see is a black screen. it seems it doesn't work. it's disappointing after all the effort. it might be that the replacement screen is faulty? because it's not sasmung but a replica apparently... but i think i haven't done anything wrong as i followed all the above instructions. any advice appreciated.

Hi, my daughter smashed her screen on fame. Lights on but touch screen does not work. If i replace screen will it be fully functional again. Shop charging £55 to fix n i can buy screen on ebay for £10...any advice will help many thanks

Hello Sabina All I can say is yes the part maybe £10.00 but its got to be fitted and we only charge £34.99 as per below and its not an easy job.
