Samsung Galaxy Note 4 stuck on boot loop /Fixed/ 

I was about to do a factory reset, after trying several attempts with clear cache partition and other options. My Samsung Note 4 has been working fine nearly for 10 years old, despite some blows. This time, it fell from the bench where I was sitting in the park, nothing more than a small 40 cm fall; no problem; it kept working, but after a while, when I was about to write a message, suddenly the screen went pitch black. Attempts to restart fell into a boot loop. When trying to recharge, the charge symbol was flickering, and obviously the battery was not charging. Then I saw this video, and decided to give it a try: Lo & behold, when I replaced the battery for a new one, it started working. No more boot loop. Thank you for this info. Sometimes it is incredibly simple a solution, but we waste a lot of time thinking in the worst scenario. In this case, apparently the battery went suddenly bad, causing a complicated issue.

I strongly recommend trying this before throwing away your old phone or do a factory resest !! Turn off the phone , fully charge and then unplug and wait for around 10 hours. I had this problem 2 seperate times with my Samsung Note2 and Note4 phones. They were continuously rebooting at start. After hours of watching videos on RU-vid and with zero progress. I gave up. But the next day I could turn on the phone like nothing has happened. I wanted to share this because each time I was about to do a factory reset or throw away the phone!

Wake Lock app saved my Note 4! I had already replaced batteries, deleted caches, factory reset, but nothing worked. then tried this free app and my phone is working as good as ever! Finally a fix! I didn't believe it, but just check the reviews on the app.

The reason why it happen like that cause my phone has 10000 notifications it lagged so it crashed and wont turn off now but thank you..

Good Job. i just changed the battery even it was new and took another one and than it worked.

I can no longer get batteries here for mine. I had to get a new one a few months ago from Amazon and it was very costly to ship. Its not boot looping but stuck on the samsung logo and I cant get it in to recovery mode. It was turned off and charging as I always do it, it said it was 100 percent charged but the green light did not come on as yet but I unplugged it and switched it on for this to start happening. If I plug it in it does not read what charge the phone has nor does it attempt to charge the phone.

Even when I cannot believe it, replacing the battery fixed the issue and the phone booted normally with the new one. But that being said if this fixes the issue why do we need the Wake Lock app?

i got this problem while trying to write a new rom. odin fails after starting to write the rom. tthen i have the message with "... encoured an issue, use samsung kies". get rid of that problem with a new image called cwm-recovery. then got this boot loop. never tried to plug into the socket. went to a gsm service with my phone today. he couldnt write a new rom on it. puts a new original battery, but got the same boot loop. i have no idea what to do next. i think is a battery problem also, since the battery shuts down at 40%. some days it keeps until 1%, sometimes at 73% shuts down. I'm gonna tell you guys what that service guy did to fix (hopefully). Maybe he will be smat to flash a new rom with a new battery in. so odin will not fail.

My note 4 never had any issues until today and for no reason it doesnt stay on for longer than a minute then restarts...not a battery issue either. I feel as if SAMSUNG Sent an update out to mess with the last of the mohicans in order to have to go and buy new ones.Ive seen many people complain about the same issue with their TVs...Bastards!!! Man this sucks!!!Might have to buy an Iphone and I said I would never get one!!!FFFFGEHIUUUUUO*UCCCC&)(KKK##!!!!!!!

Worked for mine.No probs for quite awhile. The prob was getting it to stay up long enough to download the app..

ok so ive downloaded the wakelock and i use it all the time but it still crashes at 60% or so now what and it wont turn back on until i put a diffrent battery in and i have 5 batteries now all brand new and nfc and original batteries and every single one does the same thing and when it crashes on me i put one of the other batteries in it and it says i have 60% most of the time ?????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Just tried what you did , but it hasn't worked , i even tried pressing all 3 buttons like on another vid , it just won't have it , i think it needs new LCD display boo hoo, but not sure if I'll do that myself , not very confident in doing it . But thanks for sharing .

this is emmc problem on mainboard - internal storage is almost dead (not micro sd). N910F Snapdragon Note4 have this issue. Cure is replace motherboard

This video isn't helpful, I bought a new battery and sometimes my phone will turn on and load up but after a few seconds it will vibrate then go into the boot loop and vibrate twice every time. Fucking can anyone on this useless site do anything right?

It Doesn't Necessarily Mean It's The Battery It Could Be That The Software Needs To Be Reflashed Because Mine Is Currently Doing The Boot Loop I Sent It Off To Plano Tx For Samsung To Fix But They Were Going To Charge Me $70 But I Requested My Phone Back

I've the same problem, I did just like you do, but it doesn't work, I tried using download mode to reflash the firmware, the odin can't detect the driver either...Idk what da hell is problem with this fcuking note 4.. 😡😡😡

My note 4 makes a noise while it's just sitting on the table not in use or plugged in to the charger also when texting or in a app like messenger my keys stick . Anyone have the same problem or resolution ? Any feedback or suggestions would be greatly appreciated
