My Grandma has an LG smartphone and didn't know how to use it, which was understandable because it was very new for her. I tried to show her the basics but she wasn't really into it. I decided to buy her a flip phone so she could be comfortable with it. As long as you're comfortable using your device, that's good. 💛

I turned 60 this year and needed to upgrade to a new phone. I chose This one. I have been programming pc's and building pc's since 1985. Now... the smart phones have so many options I had worries about getting this phone going until now. Thank you so much for putting this out. So many people my age just get stuck on using a flip phone or a easy to use "smart phone". If they would just listen to the younger generations of people that do this like you have they could enjoy having the best features and technology in the palm of their hand and not get confused. I am a coder and also thanks to people like you I am tech savvy on my smartphone. Thank you so much!

I'm on Pre-Order . I expect it to arrive Oct.5th but by watching this video beginning today, August 29th, I hopefully will be more prepared than I thought I would. I thank so much the gentleman who is teaching his students. total Samsung newbie here- coming from the google pixel to the s21....'no home buttons' the beginning of your tutorials started with a cut to screen and I was trying to learn how to close an app... eventually you made the gesture on camera and I was on my way to setting up this incredibly gesture controlled device. thank you- I still can't get the palm swipe to work, but maybe I should take the protective plastic off the screen first.

I’m an iPhone user I really want to try android, I think I’m going to sell my iPhone 13 Pro I just ordered the S 21+ if I like the S 21 then of course I’m selling my iPhone to make up for what I just purchased but after I purchased it today which it has not arrived yet I’m scared. After I made the purchase then I started noticing all these terrible reviews for the S 21 like it overheats, it lags, it shuts off randomly. Have you had any issues?

Thanks for this tutorial on my new S 21 5g . I am learning after switching from LG to Samsung there is a whole new Mountain to climb to learn this User Interface that Samsung has concocted .
