This can be done in router settings actually. If the router supports smart switching then the phone should automatically connect to the best performing channel.

Regarding Wi-Fi calling, I've faced the same issue on my S22 Ultra. I switched from the OnePlus 7 Pro to the Ultra and it was working fine on the OP. but I have noticed few instances where I have had to disable the feature.
Hi ranjit. I noticed you didn't reviewed the OG iphone 13. You did reviewed the 13 pro but not the 13. I was wondering if you would be able to do it now that the 14 is about to launch and compare ti with s22 and s22+.
WiFi calling issue was there with my S20FE snapdragon version. No one in techie world pointed out that. My friend who uses S21ultra also has the same. Eventually I complained on tweeter regarding the same but Samsung people shrugged me off. Thank for pointing it out , hopefully Samsung will hear it.
S22+ user. Spot on with the speaker performance, very under-whelming from a flagship phone from Samsung. Sound is rich but the loudness is just isn't that good for both music and calls over speaker. I disabled wi-fi calling because I noticed so many dropped calls or the calls wouldn't connect for the first time, surely there is some issue there. Hope Samsung fixes it in a firmware upgrade.
Other so called reviews are just a cinematic presentation of the on paper specifications with irritating memes and jokes in between 😂 nothing genuine or detailed but their channels grow for all the circus they exhibit in their videos... What a fake world we are living in.
Loved the detailed review going every aspect of the phone! The attention to detail where you mention the SOT when on Wifi and mobile data all the time is what sets the review apart. This year the middle child makes the most sense as the Ultra is too large (i say this as a Note user) and the smaller S22 battery life seems inadequate. Do you still recommend to go with this or just go with an iPhone at these budgets as you mentioned last month ?
Go with iPhone if you have nothing against them. I own both. Samsung is better in many departments. But iPhone is really the best at the select few areas it is known for, which btw is a lot for normal user. Though personally I am a notch hater and that's why I don't use iPhone at home, only when I am outdoors
@@FilmiCharcha-with-Kunal I had the regular s22 and that 3500mAh is not getting the job done! In general entire s22 family has bad battery life, no matter Exynos/Snapdragon.
@Ishaan Sharma first get some knowledge regarding it buddy, it had oxygen sensor, iris scanner, quad hd+ screen, variable aperture camera, blood pressure sensor, physical and safe finger print scanner, led notification light, micro sd card, and much more, tell me any other note has these 😎, then decide upon your comment

These type of reviews are definitely needed, smartphones needs to be tested for proper time, coz it is a big investment for an average person, needs to know, in what we are putting our money. Thank you sir for doing this.
My friend purchased a Samsung s22 plus. He has been using it for 2 weeks. All were fine until we saw a major flaw. If you take it on a flight or if there is any pressure variation outside, the downside speakers starts producing a crackling sound when playing any audio. Upon checking this online , this issue is faced by many people and its causing due to pressure variation . Once sim tray is opened, it fixes this. But what surprised me is that its a very basic issue on a flagship. And its faced by many people. To check this put your phone near ac for some time and you will see problem. Did you see this issue
Right choice. I don't know why these high end phones which can handle huge files even come at 128gb. And people buying it and worrying about space. I went to Ladakh and took about 100 gb of videos and pics. No headache. No compromises.
@Geekyranjit The WiFi Calling thing is a problem on my S9+ tooo launched back in 2018. I think nobody was loud enough to get this issue towards samsung and it remained an issue since forever. Hope they fix it now.
@@geekyranjit No sir, I haven't any issue regarding wifi calling or network call quality.Actually I am using 256gb variant.probably it may be a problem in 128gb variant or in your unit.
Hi Ranjit sir, if possible please give us a detailed review of moto edge 30 . I really want to buy it my only concern is about it's battery. If it will last one day for normal users I will be okay with it.
Absolutely right on about the WiFi issue. I have faced it with my S10, now with the S22U. I can be sitting right on top of my 5Ghz WiFi Router but the phone will be connected to the 2.4Ghz router 2 floors below. It's just dumb that way.
I'm also using the S22+ for the past 2 months. Pre-ordered from amazon. Here's my response to the review - 1. Screen is amazing. FHD+ in this phone is better than any other FHD+. Brightness is amazing too. 2. I can't use tempered glass because the fingerprint doesn't work with tempered glass. But I'm using a case. And yes the screen does not get any scratches. 3. Haptics are good for me. Super stealth but still can feel it in my pocket. 4. Fingerprint scanner is the best of all the phones out there. Really satisfying too. 5. Speakers are great. Clean audio. I don't really care about loudness though. 6. Yes multitasking is just flawless. No lag at all. 7. People said my call quality is very good when they hear my voice. And i hear other's voice very well. 8. I've never tried wifi calling 9. Keyboard...just use Gboard 10. Heating issues is not bad. It's just normal. When I game and it gets too hot, I just wash it with plain water. It's IP68 phone so take advantage. I don't wash it everyday though. I'm not a heavy gamer. 11. iPhone 13 is better. Not a bad battery though. 120hz really sucks power. But I use it with 120hz anyway. 12. 8 Gen 1 is such a great processor. True that you don't have to worry about anything. 13. I never had a shutter bug. 14. Camera is amazing truely. People using iPhone 12 are now jealous of my phone lol 15. Really excited about the Android updates. 16. I don't have a car nor used the android auto so no comments on that. Conclusion - You will never regret having this phone. Looks beautiful too in hands.
@@mi_chelle1703 use screen gaurd which is flexible and after installing re record your finger prints and enable touch sensitivity in display setting your finger print sensor will work seamlessly and speakers sounds better when dolby is turned off
Is the camera performance a real step up from the S21+ ? If there isn't a great difference then i would prefer going for the 21+ as the battery backup should be a lot better
I chose an iPhone 13 over this as I feel Android even with a 120 hz screen can't beat the smoothness of iOS and also the animation feels jerky or not so buttery smooth on s22+ even with 120 hz panel. About camera yeah I am missing out on telephoto in iphone 13 but I have a secondary phone as S21 FE which gets the job done. If you are confused between iPhone 13, s22 or s22+, go for the iPhone 13, undoubtedly. A15 BIONIC chip is powerful AF. Though, you will just be missing out on the 120 hz panel and the notch on iphone 13 sometimes annoys but again Apple in hand feels more premium and I also feel like iphones are very consistent in taking photos and especially videos. You don't have to double check on the pics taken in order to take them again. Regarding battery life in Iphone 13, I am getting 7-8 hrs of screen on time with moderate to heavy usage. During normal office days you can deal with it for around 2 days, it's so good and experience is buttery smooth. If you want to buy an iPhone and want to experience ios, go for iphone 13, if you wish to choose Android, S22 ultra is the better deal over s22 and s22+.
I have been using this from 1month, wifi calling issue is there, getting warmed up everytime after using camera for more that 10 mins, cam shutter bug is definitely there, also battery is not that great. I traded my s8 for s22 plus, I am kinda disappointed that paying such a big samsung premium and still thera are less features compared to older samsung flagships. Probably be my last samsung.
Sir i too bought s22+ 256gb version. The camera app seems a bit laggy every time when you launch it.. after 5 6 second it gets back to normal. Are you facing this issue ? The camera quality is the best. I upgraded from LG V30+ to this one.

Haptics: My S20+ has a better haptic motor than the latest S22 Ultra. Screen: My S20+ had a WQHD panel with curved edges. I haven't experienced any accidental touches till date. curved screens make it easier to use the phone charging: S20+ supports 45W charging, but S22/S21 non Ultra variants dont have that support. really disappointing to see Samsung cutting costs in so many areas.
@@priyanshsahu7690 not now. I get 5 hours of SOT and good performance with wonderful updates of Samsung. OneUI 4 is probably the best update till date. Not sarcastic. Good Lock is another wonderful feature.
Qhd isn't that noticeable now. What's the point of qhd when amazon and netflix and other ott platforms max out at 1080p. Qhd is only important for people who have specs that too with high number . 1080p is fine man .
Great review as always. With reference to Android Auto, I too have noticed the heating issue and that was on a cable connection while using AA with Maps and streaming music. Now that we have Android 13, I need to test it out once more.
Sir, I am waiting for your serious video in which you will recommended iPhone from a certain price bracket. Always love your serious videos and love your concern for the customers.
Good to see you've started keeping the notes in your laptop instead of printing it on paper. In the past I had highlighted that and it feels better to see it happening 💚.
60+ Hz is still a gimmick, I used 90 Hz on P40 pro, n then 120Hz on S20, but then started using 60 Hz for better battery life. I could differentiate for first 2-3 days, now it's already very smooth :p
I have been using a 90hz Oneplus7pro for 3 years now, everytime I check out a friend's or relative's phone with 60hz screen, I can immediately tell the difference. Recently, I checked the Motorola Edge 30 ultra with 144hz screen at a Reliance store and the smoothness difference even from my 90hz Oneplus7pro was immediately noticeable. P. S: Battery life was never a major concern with Oneplus7pro
I recently bought Samsung galaxy S22 plus in 57k and I m completely satisfied and in love with this phone 🥰🥰totally agree with you the camera performance is outstanding and has so many features , the best thing is the image processing the skin tone looks so good.....the blazing fast performance of the phon takes it to another level the only con I feel is that after applying screen protector you have to press a little harder on fingerprint sensor (screen is amazing very bright and sharp)
Hello can you check one thing for me? Open Chrome App and in a dark environment look near the notch, Is there any light bleeding issue or a defect around the notch?...to better see, switch on the extra dim & Eye comfort ??...I also bought a unit recently but i feel that its a defective unit..
I'm an S22 ultra user. I don't face the wifi calling issue. It's a fabulous phone. The only issue I'm facing is that, after applying a tempered glass protector on my screen, the fingerprint sensor doesn't work and I have to rely on face unlock which doesn't work when we wear a mask.
If you want the best of Samsung, you have to go with ultra models now. They have intentionally degraded the plus and regular models to push the consumers towards the ultra. I like the iPhone Pro series in this regard because either the pro or pro Max, only difference is the battery and ram. Rest are same.
My review after using S22 for 3 weeks. Great camera and video recording quality. Excellent display. In hand feel is pretty good. Design is excellent. Battery life was an issue for few days but after making few settings and phone adaptation..somehow feeling relieved. But still wished it should be 4000mah instead of 3700 mah.
Can u share the settings for improving battery life? I have disabled Always On , Turn of 5G Option, and set the theme to Dark. Still facing battery issues.

No one is acknowledging the issue that, samsung is breaking its devices via software update, my samsung s20+ got a green line in display after a software update. Now the service center is asking me to pay 17k to get the display changed. I'm never going to buy samsung again.
Hi Ranjith, Now the S21 ultra 256 variant is available at the same price as S22 plus around 78K on Amazon. Which should I go for? My only reservation about S21 Ultra is the size and whether there will be any display issues like black screen of death.
Hi, s21 ultra is of 74k now.. Better go with s22 plus, If black screen of death occurs, It wont cost more than 11k, whereas s21 ultra, It costs 20k, as well as curved display Image and video quality degrades alot after screen replacement from Samsung service centre......so avoid s21 ultra or s22 utra
I have faced death screen issue in my Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra, by paying 20k I replaced the total display in Samsung galaxy service centre, but Image and video quality degraded alot after replacement.....I was feeling that I was using a China phone .......I was missing the original display quality of Samsung display........ buying Samsung phones is too risky, I am afraid of that death screen issue......I sold my note 20 ultra at cheap rate by facing 80k loss....... tomorrow I am buying s22 plus, It a bit risky, but I am taking chance again
Very tempted to go with the s22 rather than plus jus for the form factor (reminds me of my old s8).. .. even though the battery life would be a compromise...
Great long uses review ranjitsir, can you suggest I am currently using samsung galaxy s20 now i am upgrade to s22 plus so please suggest can I upgrade? Other view which mobile are best for compare to samsung s22 plus.
One single gripe I have with Samsung is with SD Card issue. Though newer ones don't get SD card slot, S20 FE 5G has one. Issue: SDXC card gets slow after 48hrs of uptime. ( Half write speed and 1/3 read speed). Tried exFAT and ext4 both file systems but same continues. As soon as I restart the phone it solves the issue. Card never gets slow on my other phone. This seems to be issue with OS specifically as restarting solves the issue and card works perfectly on other devices. One thing to note FAT32 cards below 32GB doesn't have this problem. Ranjit Sir could you please shed some light on this issue.
Tech has advanced and sd card are becoming outdated, unless you go for latest versions which are damn costly. Imo, its better to spend that extra 5k in the beginning and go with 256gb storage min. Especially for high end phones with hi def capabilities.
@@NoBody-hi8ok yup that's the point. I have digged a bit amd found out it started since Android 8.0 and Samsung and few other brands did this. Strange my Nokia 8.1 running on Android 11 haven't got this issue.
I have the s22+ and been using it for about a week. It's a pretty solid phone, might not be the most vfm phone but is an amazing flagship. Camera, screen, audio, optimisation, everything is good. But I do have 2 major issues. 1. Speakers could've been louder. 2. While scrolling WhatsApp (older chats) or reddit or RU-vid home page, the phone stutters a bit. Now this might be due to the LTPS technology but I'm not exactly sure. The snap 8 gen 1 is more than capable to handle these sorts of things so it must be samsung's issue. This is not expected at a flagship at this price point. But other than that, the phone is amazing and would recommend if you're not a hardcore gamer. Edit: I forgot to mention the battery, I get an average SOT of 5 hrs 40 mins along with screen off time of 6-7 hrs with 10% left at the end of the day. Which is decent but if you're a power user, you might have to charge your phone once during the day for it to last after midnight.
@@kundanyadao6795 It's good so far. Camera is really good, I face no lags or ram issues, and software is getting better. Only issue I have is with a few individual apps, like whatsapp crashes a lot and reddit is stuck at 60 fps instead of 120, probably app optimization. Otherwise phone has been great!
Is there any potential issue if i get pixel 6 from US? Apart from the obvious service issue. Will the 5g bands tht it comes with in the US will work here in India when 5g is launched here?
Agreed w/ the samsung keyboard part, i've f62, & couldn't get used to it even after using it for months.. i even customised it through the goodlock, but it still wasn't enough. Then i installed gboard, & this makes me feel comfortable, feels like it has adopted my typing style. Tho there are 2 complaints from gboard as well, 1st popup on keypress has become strange after android 12 update, & another issue is the clipboard doesn't keeps texts & images for long. 1 more thing i wished was there, that i could customize it just like the samsung keyboard through goodlock module. & Just like you, i also face camera shutter bug 😂. Meanwhile my mum's redmi note 10 pro clicks photos flawlessly. But the photo quality from my f62 is miles better than that of note 10 pro.

4 years of Android updates & 5 years of security patches?? Now yes, the only single area Samsung lagged behind Apple was in terms of OTA updates but with the release of this smartphone I see the update situation improved tremendously and now it can easily be compared to the iPhones, heck even beats the iPhone in other aspects. P.S.:- Apple fanboys, please keep your a** out of my comment.
Many Apple devices due to get 7 years support now so hopefully Samsung will do that even if it is only one yearly software update after year 4. All Androids have been told to get at least five years of security updates, the EU will pas a Law if they do not, so Samsung just being ahead of the curve after years of poor updates.
@@andyH_England let me be practical to you and say, a phone hardware gets obsolete in 5 years. Even a budget mid Ranger from 5 years now will perform better than current flagships.
