okay let me win. My current phone is iphone 6s and I want to choose the samsung galaxy s22 ultra because of its camera and i think for a heavy user of phones samsung should be the one they chose.
I just can’t justify purchasing the iPhone given how limited it is by software. People say that iPhone treats you like a user, Android treats you like an administrator and I feel that’s such a great comparison.
Its wayy away from an administrator. Atleast you need to unlock bootloader and root the phone to get the system file access. Not like typical linux systems. Yeah better than ios anyway in terms of freedom
I've watched dozens of S22 reviews and this has been the best so far. Having everything layed out properly and decently, not that the others don't but this has been very well put. Thanks man!
There was barely any cover on the qualities that make a cellphone an actual good phone - call quality (speakers and microphone), GPS quality, differences in modems which helps signal strength, and etc. I wish more RU-vid reviews would focus on these and more qualities that actually impact our experience using a cellphone as a phone instead of a camera and/or computer/tablet.
I saw a video the other day showing that the S22s are using a new Qualcomm communication chip that apparently is more sensitive than previous versions. I'll see if I can find it and return to isert the link here.
Yeah! If it peaks at 1750 but sustains maybe 1500? That would still be very good. Also wonder if it can only reach that peak in auto brightness mode like some other phones.
@@VisionaryTech I mean in full sunlight I wonder how much it can sustain. My current phone is 500 nits so anything would be a good improvement in sunlight.
I was an Apple user and enthusiast. Since the Note 10 I made the change and I never regret it. It runs very smoothly, offers a lot of productivida. I manage to watch streaming online without problem. They 📸 are very praised. The battery is durable and fast charging. I currently have an S22 Ultra. And I certainly remain satisfied with the decision.
i have been waiting for the s22 series since July 2021, almost went for the Iphone 13 pro max in December but decided to wait until the s22 series. I choose s22u because it's versatility. And Features like S-pen, best display, best photo(video still lose to the iphone), the split screen feature, and others. Looking forward for it :D
Omg, my S22 Ultra 512Gb will be here tomorrow, FINALLY. I absolutely cannot wait to play around with that camera. The zoom is super creepy cool and I Love it 😁😎
How’s it treating you. Did you buy it or do you pay monthly I want the exact same phone with 512GB so how much is monthly if you pay please let me know
I’m a 13 Pro user and even I can admit Samsung does a much better job optimizing the experiencing for large devices. Much better productivity. Apple could really step it up with the Max for sure. In the future I’d like to have both the iPhone Pro and Samsung.
i have option to buy both buth Sasmung is just much more better, for Ios you need all stuff to be ios allso even in gaming Samsung is better from Iphone 13 pro max , especially with ios 15. Samsung is by far best gaming pc smartphone or how you want name it and ios or iphone is just closed stuff where all need to be ios from tablets to ipads all. allso for so many apple apps even after buy that phone you pay extra. i dont see that apple is better with camera allso that zoom on Samsung beat all Iphone camera settings. and about that power i dont need that even Samsung is good if i need somthing to be done from render video to so other stuff averge Pc will do the job. i just find Samsung much more better in all aspects.
13PM user here. I wish we had a smaller Apple Pencil that worked here. And multitasking- iPads and macs have it and it works really well. The only software difference in the max is the landscape apps.
@@Marsalien100 what am I missing though I barely spent money on music and you can download it with other means anyway or just stream it on top of that I’m not losing any apps or data because it’s transferable I’m not quite sure what I’m missing but I’m gaining freedom of customisation of my phone rather than being held back to what apple want you on if they allowed things like jailbreak I’d say apple is better cause the customisation options made it so but android actually has those customisation options built in allowing you freedom apple limits you to allow it to be more braindead and user friendly to tech shy people which is fine and there is nothing wrong with that I’ve had apple and I can’t say I hate Apple ID happily switch back if their tech was actually better and more open for the user I don’t wanna spend 1k + ish on a phone and not be able to customise it properly to how I want it and be limited if the phone was only 500-600 then fair enough
@@eives44 Apple Music has way better quality sound, AppleTV+ has the best quality content I've ever watched, and the iPhone is the most Polished mobile experience I've ever had. That's why I willingly pay for it.
I've owned my Note 8 for 5 years , never had issues and always loved it,, I would've continued strong with it if it wasn't too old. It was perfect timing that the S22 Ultra came out , ordered mine and excited to keep that phone for 5 years haha 😄
@@niggaboi._. I would just keep an eye out for when Samsung is no longer updating your software after that you have about 6months to a year left with that phone. Which is why I had to update mine, Samsung stopped updating my software back in Oct 2021. It's okay though excited for the S22 Ultra
Thanks for the review. From my experience with Samsung Galaxy phones and iPhones (we have iPhones and Samsung Galaxy phones in my household and we tend to keep our phones for 5+ years until the phones start experiencing issues such as battery degradation, phone getting hot, being less responsive), these phones are close in terms of overall performance but the iPhones seem to last longer. For me, the iPhones therefore seem more reliable long term.
Owning both phones I can easly say that both of them are great phones and I can understand why some people prefer one over another. But in my opinion the best phone for you is the phone that 'makes your day easier' giving the tasks you are using it for and your job. For me, that phone is the S22 Ultra. Even though I preffer the looks of the IPhone and how it feels in your hand... The level of frustration that I get with the Iphone is skyrocketing. I do understand that what for me is a normal task that I do on my phone is not the same as for someone else, but even some small UI stuff triggers me. Apple really didn't care about some basic UI principals. Take for instance the list of recent calls. The fact that it shows for each entry the same redundant information regarding the day of the call is frustrating. Instead of showing the hour and put the day as a header of the list. The fact that they hide some menu entries instead of showing them disabled with an info why (CarPlay entry for eg. is hidden if you do not enable Siri) is also a BAD UI design... and the list can continue. But hey maybe my issues can be categorised as 'professional defects' and maybe the majoraty of people do not even observe these things.
@@TheWalf999 considering the skyrocketing prices at launch and the enormous devaluation of samsung products in just like 6 months, it sure should give ate least 5 years of OS update
I'm waiting for an S22 Ultra, upgraded from a Note 10+, I opted for the 512GB model (my provider doesn't carry the 1TB model) and would've liked 16GB ram but Ram Plus will take up that slack. My wife traded her note 10+ for a Flip 3 last month but I waited for the S22 because I like the integral S-Pen, and I just got my last Android update for the note (12).
I've owned many Samsung phones in the past including S5, S7 edge, S10+, S20+ and now I've pre-ordered the S22 Ultra in sky blue - never had the ultra version of any of the series but I am excited to see what it's like. I had a look at a demo iphone 13 pro max in store and it feels so heavy and thick as if they've stepped backwards in time.
Im one of those that likes a heavy phone :) The thickness isnt really an issue because it's around the same thickness as any other phone. It's the square design that makes it look thicker. My work phone iPhone 12 is like 50 grams lighter than my 13 pro. It feels like a toy to be honest. My old Note 20 Ultra was also quite heavy, Feels quality :)
@@matheusfpilar Haha I guess this has turned into an Apple vs Android debate, the iPhone 13 Pro max is a great phone but I felt it was a bit of a step backwards and they've still got the screen notch
Been to Power Mac also yesterday. Checked pro max before heading to samsung experience store. Must say I liked the pro max "feel" in my hand better. Felt more solid, durable, if you know what I mean. But I preordered s22 ultra because of the features. IOS is just too limiting for me. Not to mention samsung has dex, split screen, s pen, free buds upon preorder, 45w charging, QHD resolution, and currently have the m7 monitor amd samsung tab. So gotta be consistent with the samsung ecosystem. Anyway, if youre an apple user for other prod lines, go for apple. otherwise, if you have samsung stuff like I do, go fo samsung. They work better together.
I use the stylus mainly for sketches, making notes on screen caps like google maps, and of course taking selfies/group photo shots. If iPhone had one built in, I would consider it since I prefer the aesthetics over the S22 Ultra. Otherwise, the only drawback for me is how pointy the corners of the S22 ultra is, and how the camea lenses stick out individually. Also, the other thing I consider is what works best with a screen protector and case. From experience, a curve screen with a screen protector can be annoying as its easily to catch dust on the edges over time. If Samsung created a body like the iphone + s pen, I'm all in. This is such a tough call for me that its making me pass on both.
Samsung is always in race of phone technology as i remember; 1990 to about 2004 : SAMSUNG VS MOTOROLA 2004 to about 2011 : SAMSUNG VS NOKIA 2011 to nowadays : SAMSUNG VS APPLE Really a great phone technology company , BRAVO SAMSUNG TEAM !!
Super Saf you are so dope! Thank you for such a clear and concise side by side comparison. I have subscribed and will only watch and recommend you for smart phone knowledge. Thank you again, going with the Galaxy!
Been an Android user since switching from iPhone 3GS and have rocked the S3, S4, Note 5, Note 7 🔥 and Note 9 which I've been rocking for 3.5 years while I waited for the S22 Ultra and have finally pre-ordered it for the Wife and I. I'm sure I won't be disappointed.
was in a store today and played with note 22 /cough I mean S22 ultra. I also own Note 9 and when putting them side by side I can say that I am disappointed. The only difference is speed and the periscope camera, other than that it's a note. the screen looks the same as note 9 but a little bit bigger (can only notice if you put it side by side(. Yes, it's a great phone if you don't have a note but no it's not a huge upgrade from note 9. I was expecting much more. My personal opinion. when you buy a Ferrari and upgrade to another Ferrari at the end of the day you still have a Ferarri.
@@TheLordstrider yeah but 1 of those ferraris are compact with features and very fast snappy beautiful specs and the other one looks the same on the outside but the inside is a fucking 1990s toyota, ok the note 9 is def better then that but compared to the s22 not close
Phones these days are just a matter of choice, people need to quit fighting now about which is better or which is worse because both Samsung flagships and iPhones are neck to neck with each other in this modern time, both have their advantages and disadvantages, both have their own special features etc....it all depends on choice nowadays
PI am glad that there was no available stock for S21U last Nov-Dec 2021 here in our location. Now I preordered s22U. I think it is a great upgrade from a Huawei P30 lite
Left Samsung to try apple and tho I love this 13 pro max they really do need to update this phone for multitasking and other stuff that’s been needed for a long time now, But if they don’t I’ll just jump to another brand and try something different. (Though I don’t really want to but I hate stubborn companies who don’t listen to their fans and who don’t fix stuff that needs fixed)
I'm on the fence as well to jump to the pro max13 (currently have note 9). But the 22 ultra seems like the better phone. What do you like about the 13 pro max? If I switch it would basically be for the "blue bubble" people in my family lol
@@junior5893 hmm that's a tough choice lol but i hope you're happy with either choice though but what i like about this 13 pro max (or just apple in general i guess) is 1. sending video messages is sooo clear and crisp looking 2. playing games in Imessages is dope , like playing my wife in beer pong was so fun and i never knew you could do that. 3. Apple arcade is fcking dope , every game on there is like a full fledge game and not google play store free to play garbage games. Also that fact that i can use a controller , xbox /PS5/ Razor Kishi for 98 % of the games on there is like playing on a nintendo switch. 4. speakers sounds sooo good 5. Factime looks crisp and clear and i like filters too 6. mag safe is dope , i actually stopped using my big old wallet because of mag safe wallets. 7. PHONE CASES !!!!! i love phone cases and the fact that i can find iphone cases JUST ABOUT every store i go to is dope , finding phone cases in stores waaaaaaaaaaay after the hype for my Note 10+ or Fold 2 at the time was hard. and that's about it noooooow i do have a long list of stuff i don't like about this phone if anyone is interested.
@@lndintw I appreciate your insight! I can do all the research I want but its nothing like asking an everyday user. I'm definitely the black sheep with my friends and my wife because of the video thing. I have to send videos via whats app for it to be clear (embarrassing). Airdrop and sharing location are also big ones for iPhone. I think the ultra is better phone, but the iPhone will give me a better experience within my network. Its about preference I guess.
@@junior5893 yeah no prob bro , Samsung is a very good choice man. SHIIIID i'd list everything i like about samsung but with your Note 9 you already everything dope about samsung lmao. Hey man enjoy that S22 ultra though and that S-pen too.
Already got my S22 Ultra on order. The S-pen is the killer feature for me. With reference to the analytics, many people buy a phone every two years and when they've made their decision, there's no more interest in phones for another two years and therefore no more interest in looking at reviews of them. However...... I did subscribe because you mentioned that you would be doing more S22 related feature reviews.
You made a mistake getting the s22 ultra. I had it for 2 months (wife and I) and we hate it. Camera doesn't record half the time unless we restart our phone. The batteries go from 5% to 0% in a matter of 20-30 secs. The phone freezes randomly. We switched to the iPhone 13 pro max and it is amazing. The S pen is overrated and pretty useless.
@@TheTubeMeister I honestly think that you have bought the phone from a bad shop, a new condition S22 ultra will never have those problems, unless it's bought from a bad quality store, I know many people with the S22 who had their phones fully functional as it should be with extreme battery capacity ans amazing camera quality that records videos as long as you want with camera quality that is out of this world.
Always every tech reviewer will hype the latest Android but after long term usage they will still recommend iPhone! Can’t seem to wrap my head around that fact!
@@bobjordan5597 how so? If someone doesn't need 2 day battery life (i.e., they charge every night) and don't do a ton of videos, the Samsung is better in almost every way.

@@Ayanokoji021 This isn’t a debate, iPhones are miles ahead androids in performance. Google literally any benchmark. And not only are they years ahead in speed, they use way less power and make way less heat.
I was on a iphone 6, 7 and 12 for the last 6 and half years. I made the jump to a S22 Ultra and cant believe how much Android have improved since my last Android phone. The S22 Ultra is awesome. The unboxed world of Android offers me more than Apple boxed world. I doubt if Apple in their current offering will be able to convince me to change back again. The S22 Ultra is way more customizable and compatible with my business world than the iPhone. The iPhone 13 seems very solid but having a good CPU, camera and IOS wont convince me to hold on to Apple anymore. I have picked the SAMSUNG S22 ULTRA with Snapdragon and its a good experience and with Android gestures it feels like I am anyway on a iPhone but only better. Apple is still a great product but they are no longer in the lead if you look at the bigger picture of Smartphones and everything that connects to it.
wait for a while and you you change the opinion about aome android device out there .I had all of them over the years ,by far the best was P30 Pro specialy the battery and the amazing Camera Leica , however Iphone is a the king in all categories.
@@sofiad9775 yeah thanks but my ultra is still rocking my world. With me working from home I find around also works easier with my Windows laptop. Sofia you have yourself a lovely day. I hope you enjoy the iPhone.
When talking about such high end products, it becomes a numbers games, who's been doing what for the longest and best, who's got the best extras. A person in the apple ecosystem isn't going to get out of that just for one phone. Both are great, I like the S22U cause of the Spen and the extra productivity apps
s22 ultra for me, however a tad disappointed with the updates from the s21 ultra as was expecting more hardware updates and perhaps maintain the 16 gb ram instead of reducing it back down to the 12gb ram which is pretty much the same as my note 10+. Ill choose the S22 ultra due to the SPen and also multi tasking ability which i need for my work. However i do not see the reason why i should upgrade from my note 10 + at the moment with the loss of the SD Card slot being a function i appreciate alot.
Why the hell are you upgrading, are you insane? The S21 outperforms the S22. It's a pretty terrible decision to upgrade when you have a phone that's still so new.
I had the note 10+ a year ago. If I didn't break it I would totally still hold on to that bad boy. I'm going to get the s22 untra just because I'm able to trade my broken note 10+ into the Samsung store for 600$
It’s scrapped already bro, Samsung is no longer pushing S’ series and Note series but rather S’ series (merged with note series) and Fold series. As their flagship devices.
@@afigueroa0331 Yes again you are right but I saw in a video that note series could have new features other than the past series. Also Samsung has not said anything about note series yet But you are also right
Currently have an iPhone 12mini. I planned on getting the 13 pro, but then my husband showed me the s22 ultra, and I'm seriously considering switching. @@kidjiujitsu yeah I did haha I got it shortly after I made the comment. I really like it. My only complaints are that videos are blurry when coming from an iPhone. And the camera doesn't do well with kids who don't sit still 😅
I've been an iphone user since iphone 1. I only used a android for emergency from a friend when my iphone 7 was stolen. Since then I never went back to Iphone. Android all the way!
It’s a battle for me to pick one. I’ve been an iPhone user for a very long time. Still using a XR model. The one thing that I hate most of having to download iTunes to a computer to get the pictures out from iPhones to the pc and then to an external hard drive
@@bobjordan5597 S Pen, optical zoom, better photos, much better UI taking advantage of the big screen with split screen multitasking, different icon sizes edge panels etc, Dex, more memory (software optimization has its limits), better 1750 nits screen, better 2022 design even faster storage.
Both phones are top tier. Granted Samsung leans more towards the bleeding edge, but apple leans more towards safe refined moves. It’s a matter of preference for each person. Some people like more features and settings than they can find uses for and some people love simplicity and the minimal classic aesthetic of iOS. I’m a grass is greener type person. If I’m on android I start to miss things about iOS and then soon as I’m on iOS I start missing things about android. Regardless though, most of the apps and bs people use their phones for is the same across every phone.
Fun Fact! I own an iPhone 8+ and I recently went to Walmart. There, I saw an S22 ultra so I decided to compare the screens. My iPhone 8+ uses a 1920x1080p display with a 401PPI density. Both phones looked EXACTLY alike. I even compared the 13 pro max with my 8+ and I couldn’t find a physical difference. It’s because the pixels are already high enough to seem invisible. If you add more, the screen will start to appear blurry or almost hard to see sharpness. I did find the iPhone 13 pro max to appear super similar to my 8+. The S22 ultra seemed a tad bit smoothened, not as sharp. I was honestly surprised. Another Fun Fact! This happens as a result of the resolution being added on for a viewing advantage. 4k was first introduced on TV’s if I’m correct. TV’s are often viewed from a distance. 4K will appear sharper if viewed from far away. Doesn’t make it sharper if viewed from up close though. The 4k display compared to the 1080p display up close will appear smoothened and harder to look at. That’s why FHD(1080p) or FHD+ is or was the most commonly used for phones. Because phones are used up close. The Ultra would certainly look sharper if viewed from a further distance. Edit: it would only look sharper, but would not make a HUGE difference. This is like comparing the iPhone 8 and the 8+ since the PPI densities are almost 100 PPI densities apart. That’s the exact case with the Ultra and my iPhone 8+
To me it seems like Saf does everything himself. The testing, recording, script and editing! If that's the case, if he invests in a team he can pump out videos alot faster. Like Linus, MKBHD, and Unbox therapy. Although it's kinda nice if he does do everything himself, that's OG youtuber.
Besides cameras, if i want a big phone in my pocket that need phone need to have a big screen without any notches so that i can enjoy the bigger screen. Also i need to use it as a productivity tool. Logic says Samsung
I always use android phones (samsung, nexus, top of the line always) until my first iphone in 2018, the X. And i will never go back to android again. Beside the ios that is most optimized and runs smooth like the first day, thats a thing that i cant say on any other phones that i have. And i can sell it for about 300-400usd with 4 years of use. Most of androids phones after a year the price drops a lot. Yesterday i switch to 13 pro and is a beast
And super powerful, much better touch screen more pristine frame S/S. And, camera from what I have seen in his video, the S22U has a white tint on most photos and most of the times in broad daylight, the sky is mainly all white whilst the iPhone makes a distinction with clouds and blue sky.
For me the winner is Samsung as I love watching videos and use a DSLR for video but if out and about I take pictures more often. So, it suits my needs better. Also, the bigger screen with a small top notch is perfect for me.
Forgot to talk about how much storage the camera uses when you wanna use the highest resolution format 4K at 60 fps or if it’s in raw mode it uses 6 GB per a minute of storage while filming. So you wont have any space left with lower storage phones
I ordered the S22U and added on 1 year of samsung care + for the accidental damage. My confirmation email says I have 2 years accidental damage?! Any ideas?
Dude that's exactly what I did. Well I went back to my S21U which was so much nicer and useful than the iPhone 13 pro max. Now I have the S22U on order 😍👍
I had the 13 pro max. Went to the s22 ultra after 2 months. The 13 began to have issues. It would get leggy and freeze, then heat up before shutting down. It kept doing that over and over, and this weekend I had enough. Went and got me the s22 ultra and I'm loving it so far.
I've been using android since the first Galaxy S. I love the note's look and have preordered the S22U (it's really a note 22). That said, Samsung moving away from SD slot and headphone jack removed the last few reasons for me to not choose iPhone. Add airtag and I'm almost ready to jump to iOS. I've been using an XR as 2nd phone so I'm already used to iOS. Maybe I'll make the switch in the next generation or two.
Same, there is nothing really that separates samsung from iPhone in terms of advantages anymore. I am thinking to switch to Iphone in the future. Samsung has really good deals though, but iPhone finally caught up to Android and slowly surpassing in many key areas. Now there is no real advantage except maybe price, and another good thing that samsung has is an spen. I was big fan of spen on phones. Ios is doing great.
You missed a very important aspect, and that is PC connectivity and the cost of apps. It takes 5-30 times connecting/reconnecting the USB on my Win 10 PC before it will recognize my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Sometimes it never connects and I give up trying. The only solution I ever received from anyone is "Yea, it just does that". My previous Samsung phones never had a problem connecting via USB. Also, most of Samsung apps at their store are price based. I was shocked when I switched from Samsung to iPhone that almost all the iPhone apps are subscription based. That means you get to pay for them again, and again, and again etc. Those are the main reasons I just ordered the Samsung s22 Ultra.
After playing with S22 ultra for 45 minutes in the store, I am disappointed that it's not a huge upgrade from my note 9. S22 Ultra is faster, periscope camera and that's about it. so yea, I am keeping my note 9 till something really revolutionary comes out... maybe in a few years. also, they had iPhone 13 pro max at the store, checking them side by side made me think the iPhone was like 3 years old and trying to compete with my old note 9 and not the S22 ultra. Apple should really step up their game, looks outdated.
My friend just showed me what the camera of s22 ultra can do, and man its amazing!!! the 100x zoom is crazy!! you can see stuff very clear even at 600m distance! i mean if you are a camera freak then you should upgrade the phone, note 9 is still a great phone for at least 3 next years!
Iam using different variants of note series for last 5 years. Last year tried to move to iPhone. After using a week, changed back to samsung. Now using S22 ultra. One who want to use the phone features maximum, iPhone is not good. Call recording etc are not available. Android gives the best if you want to explore the features. I love S22 ultra
Thank you SuperSaf - fantastic & well-rounded reviews of both. I have the iPhone 13 Pro Max - and I am thinking of changing to the Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra! Not sure I am ready to make the jump yet, but Samsung does really well at making me think twice and trice about changing. Thanks for a fair review.
If you could, please do a comparison video between the Samsung S20 *FE* and the S22 Ultra. I'm trying to decide if the 22 Ultra is enough of an over all improvement to justify having no micro SD card slot and having to buy the charger separately.
Good video Supersaf . On the display thing Supersaf , any slight advantage the galaxy has in screen brightness or viewing is utterly diminished by the curved edge screen which imo is a definitely a very large con , I’ve had 3 of them , wont have another . But yes it is personal preference. Cheers.
Ima get me a s22 ultra for sure. I currently have an s20+ and it's been an amazing phone , but I thinks it's time for an upgrade. The only thing I still don't like is the curved display, but I can get over it.
I switched from iPhone to Samsung S21+. Not yet even 2 years, Samsung's screen f'ed up out of nowhere and the repairs were way too expensive. Switch back to iPhone for 13 Pro Max
Many thing about the Samsung phones (android) are better than Apple (to me). I love the displays, cameras, design. I feel they always try to improve, where as iPhone has had the same design for like 3-4 years now, it's quite annoying how they don't tweak the design at all. I have the s21 ultra, and at the time it had better battery life, but now the iPhone 13 is better, however they're still long enough. That won't get me over to apple though, the Samsung is just a much better phone, especially in the hand, smooth sides, slightly curved screen. Definitely more comfortable. I use to have apples years ago, but their system just sucks to me, and this is the main reason why I do not switch. The little things matter - the fact that android has numbers on the same keyboard as the letters. There are symbols behind the letters, so there is no switching keyboards. More keyboard customization. More phone customization with the background etc. The layout is much easier in my opinion, especially with the drop down task bar. Split screen options etc. ANDROID HAS A DESIGNATED BACK BUTTOM. This is amazing because In Apple you have to hit the center button or hit the back button on the program - annoying. Having the buttons separate allows for more versatility. All I ever use to get on Apple was constant updates and it was annoying, especially signing into that stupid apple ID. Apps crashed more often where as I don't get that as much in android. For me it's a way more user friendly device. Plus android is always getting ahead of Apple and they always seem to play catch up and only get features years after Samsung has had them. If I pre-order the phone a lot of times they have things that come with it. LG provided a 360 degree camera and extra battery charger (LG g5). But I've never seen apple do this. I feel like they never listen to the customer and just do whatever the hell they want. Get better apple. Both phones are monsters no doubt. And it really is personal preference. I just put my two cents in because I feel like I never heard anyone make a video on the little things. It's always big features everyone can look up.
When uploading videos in facebook using my s22 ultra and even my old phones like s21. It always decreases the quality once uploaded. Do u have any idea why?
I just upgraded to a 13 pro max. It’s the best phone I’ve used till now. But I could also see that the S22 ultra is not backing down either. It’s a very nice comparison given here.
Can I ask if you've always had I phones? Genuine question, I'm thinking of switching. I've had iPhone many moons ago & had android since but I'm flirting with switching.
actually s22 ultra beats iPhone but that battery life is the thing that I keep my 13 pro max. its a phone you can relay on when you are outside or in a hard situation no worry about battery going dead.
@@bobjordan5597 well in my experience about 4 to even 5 more hours of screen on time than s21 ultra. You can't kill this pro max sometimes two days of battery life.I don't think androids will catching up in near future and it's a sad thing.
Once you get into Apple ecosistem is just so hard to even think about going back to samsung device. Don't get me wrong, I've used Samsung my whole life, I just made the mistake of going with the iphone 13 pro max this time and the experience attached with the ecosistem is just unpredictably nearly perfection.
Exactly my sentiment. I have iMac & Apple TV but been using Samsung notes last few years and decided to switch to 13 max pro and am really enjoying the whole expereince. Definitely have to look at the whole package rather than just a hand held device.
That's what Apple wants🤣. Once you are in Apple's trap, you can not get out of it. After they charge you as they wish and you can do nothing except for buying other products for a complete ecosystem. Tim Cook: that's incredible😜
Will iPhone 14 get 10x or higher optical zoom camera like all competitors have been doing since 2019, or they will in 2023/2024? Five years late to the competition! Their large screens came out the last and they still don’t match Samsung’s ones.
I subscribed man, Ive been watching your videos for YEARS, I even feel bad for not having subscribed before. Thanks for the great reviews! And no I wasnt paid to say this(I wished) Writing this from my beautiful. Beautiful Samsung S22 Ultra (didnt get a penny for that neither) Have a nice day! Lol
Thanks for the informative video! I was in a battle between the two phones as it is time to upgrade. Long time iPhone user, Just ordered the S22. Felt it was time for change and iPhones seem to be staying the same.
I’m using an iPhone 12 Pro Max and thought I wouldn’t want another phone for at least another year but I am about to order the S22 Ultra. Both are great phones but I believe this year Samsung has the more appealing product at least for me.
I'm a Samsung Note user, who has spent nearly an extra $800 on two new screen installations and for screen protectors. All this because of having a curved screen on my Note 9. New screen protectors have been so much work to find, purchase and install, that I've had two actual phone screens break, while being in the process of purchasing a new screen protector, or waiting for the perfect time to install one I've already purchased ! For this reason I will never buy another new Samsung. Goodbye Note !
the one big reason id always go for s22 over ios is the split view that allows you to use different screens at the same time or you could also use the pop-up option that also allows you to work on many different screens at the same time like using maps while watching something on youtube. on the other hand the battery life is where it gets dissapointing. Samsung always have a lower battery life span compared to iphones
