I have both and tried the S23 ultra. And I had a pixel 6 pro. Won't go into detail, but regarding the S22 ultra, it's crap. The speakers sound almost as bad as the xiaomi 12 pro - tinny and lifeless. And the colors, the saturation has been turned so much down, that the entire S22 line looks washed out. The s21 ultra is the better deal. It had richer audio and richer sound. And even the exynos 2100 battery life is on par with the newer S22 ultra. The S23 ultra fixed these issues and has good colors and sound. Also, the Pixel 6 pro has slightly better sound than the s21u, but the s21u is a tiny bit louder. Where the s21u beats the p6p completely even now after android 13 and all the updates, is the battery life. The S22 line is garbage. I even had the regular S22 6.1 inch. Dynamic anikex 2x my ass. Stereo speakers my ass. Washed out colors to the point even watching RU-vid isn't a pleasure. And the speakers sound like a 150$ phone speakers. I'm not exaggerating. It gets pretty loud, but that's all. Anyway, if one is after the big flagship androids, you can't go wrong with p6p, p7p, s21u or s23u. But hands off the S22 line. Xiaomi 12 line had severe edged panel almost twice a curve on the p6p. Ugly screen, good colors tho. And the audio is shit. Maybe xiaomi 13 line fixed that. And don't think a good spec on paper screen is it. S22 screen was it on paper. In real life it was shit. So only the high end get the good stuff. Best deals rn are definitely p6p and s21u. Those two give you the best for your $ and make looking at videos and listening to audio a pleasure.
Thank you so much for making this video! It's very helpful although I'm having a hard time deciding which one to purchase. But I really love the rounded edges on the s21 ultra better than the boxy style of the s22 ultra.
Nice job. I have the S21 Ultra Matte Black color. It's awesome. It's paid for and I don't see much difference in the S22 or the upcoming S23. I'll keep what I have n save my 💰. Thanks for the info.

You give details, specs and such but give an honest opinion to both devices which is becoming uncommon in review videos. I appreciate a reviewer that keeps it 100 and let's you know that upgrading is an choice and not a obligation
This wasn’t a bad review but a lot of the information was not right. For example the S22 ultra does work with other S pens. You have to enable it in the settings to accept them. If you buy the S pen pro on the S 21 ultra it will have the same air gestures. That being said, it’s great that you make your own video and keep doing it.

Personally, I despise my S22 Ultra. Talk about a battery hog! I switched back to my S21 Ultra. I get a good 1 to 2 hours more usage out of the S21. I don't like the fact that Samsung scrimped on RAM with the S22 either. It doesn't take much to eat up RAM when multi-tasking or gaming. That 4 gig drop of RAM in the 22 really shows. Even the base model of the 21 comes with 12 gigs of RAM vs. 8 gigs in the 22. My S21 Ultra is the 512gb variant w/16 gigs of RAM vs 12 gigs in the 512gb variant of the S22. It makes no sense to me. It was bad enough when Samsung decided to 86 the SD card, but now they're going backwards in RAM capacity. Enough already! I suspect that's why Samsung is offering smokin deals on the S22 Ultra, because that's the only way they can unload them. I'm hoping they've learned their lesson, and the S23 gets them back in the game, but the way things are these days, it's anybody's guess.
First of all, congratulations for the great work shown here! Second congratulations on returning the S22 Ultra and getting your money back... I agree with you to congratulate Samsung! Look, after the last updates that the S21 Ultra received, I can guarantee you that you didn't lose almost anything returning the S22 Ultra... and I have something to tell you at the camera level that will leave you shocked and happy, but against the facts, no there are arguments, claims and promises from manufacturers... the photos of the S21 Ultra in many aspects are better than the S22 Ultra! I'll try to explain why... This year I was very angry with the result of the flagships launched so far in terms of camera, especially with Samsung, because I have a S21 Ultra, I think it was the best in terms of photography last year, and after seeing dozens of comparisons this year, I decided to stick to comparing it with the S22 Ultra itself, and such was my disappointment to be able to prove the DOWNGRADE (the CAPADA) that Samsung made in the S22 camera in several aspects, mainly in terms of details of the photos and blurs sides, and because of that I took advantage of my channel to leave a comparison showing the INFERIORITY of the Ultra, S22 in relation to the S21, with overwhelming EVIDENCE... there and opining if you agree with what I show in the photos or if you have a different opinion. The cover was general from the manufacturers in their flags, and with that Samsung also kept quiet waiting for the S23 Ultra, and I think you will too. If you still had the S22 Ultra I would ask you to make a comparison of the S22 Ultra with the S21 Ultra in terms of photography mainly... I believe it would be very successful if you with both devices could prove the things I showed there on my channel , but I think in the end you did well. The ram wont make any speed differince as all it means is the S21 can have more apps open. The S23 makes up for the 4MB less as it has the fastest memory
