If there is nothing wrong with your phone i would not get the Ultra $1300. it only has just a better camera and battery life, my S9+ is still super fast and takes awesome videos and pictures.

this comparison is really stupid and does not show the reality and the real power of smartphones. to make real performance tests you have to compare them with software that requires more resources such as video editing software such as VN Studio or videoleap or Reface, then you can also compare the file transfer speeds in Wi-Fi 6e and 5g and also to launch big games in DeX mode example with Call Of Duty and you will have a real idea of the real performance. this comparison is really stupid and does not show the reality. Ce test est complètement stupid et ne montre pas la réalité et la vraie puissance des deux smartphone pour faire de vrais teste de performance il faut les comparer avec des logiciels qui demande plus de ressources comme par exemple les logiciels de montages vidéo tel que VN Studio ou videoleap ou encore Reface, ensuite vous pouvez aussi comparer les vitesses de transfert de fichiers en Wi-Fi 6e et en 5g et aussi de lancer des gros jeux en mode DeX comme Call of Duty et la vous aurez une idée réelle des vraies performances.

i have both and i must say s22ultra feels really premium but its lacking innovation compared to the s9+. it has less sensors and no sd card slot. overall samsung downgraded so it becomes like apple in other aspects which is really frustating. i miss the aux i miss the sd card. s9+ had actually the better display aswell i believe it looked much sharper even if not as bright as s22ultra. i actually kinda feel ripped of which i never felt with any samsung before.

@@FD-mz1id wow interesting. Although I've never seen the 22 ultra other than on display at the shops I am amazed that the s9+ still holds up really well. My s9+ has been brilliant so far and my girlfriend just got the s20+ and I look at hers and to be honest, it doesn't really look anymore modern in design. I love my s9 and I think I'll be keeping it for a very long time.

what? who and where gives 800 for a galaxy in any condition XD id give my cracked almost battery dead s9 and buy a new s9 XD

@@evakaname I went to my local AT&T store and ending this week is an $800 credit for a Galaxy phone in any condition when you buy a new phone. A 256G S22 Ultra cost me about $550 out the door.

@@ervis6926 s9+ has got 6gb of ram, the s9 has got 4. There aren't any versions of the s9+ with 4gb of ram, even because it wouldn't make any sense.

I have s9plus and everything was okay until i updated to android 10 , and yess my battery gets from 90% to 5% veryyy fast , i dont have any slow downs ( i have but its not that bad ) but yeah the battery will finish so fast

My S9+ (Snapdragon) has a little wear because I've had it for three years, but in the last few months, my moderate battery loss rate shot itself in the foot and now I'm dropping to below 40% after only two and a half hours of continued screen on time, not inckuding camera use. It's my favorite phone I've ever had, but I'm going to have to upgrade soon. 😫

@@Elmirien1977 I have this phone now since may 2018, 4 years. i also noticed a significantly battery performance loss since a year. i guess its normal, the wear is getting noticeable now after ~1200-1400 charging cycles :D my phone is still able to get ~3-4 hours screen on time with variable brightness and LTE usage like youtube, facebook, tiktok or someting like that. also 5-6 hours of spotify with bluetooth is possible. that means: at the end of a normal day/workday i still have around 20-40% left when i go to sleep. but sometimes i have to recharge in the evening. ps: i still use android 9. do you have upgraded to 10 already? i love my S9+ too, but my display cracked 18 months ago and the cracks are getting bigger and bigger :( but now i changed my mind a bit and the s22 ultra doesnt seem its worth this high price for me anymore (1450 euros for the 512GB version with Exynos Chip!) i already pre ordered it, but canceled right before delivery. there are so many high end phones with even much more features, i just dont know which one to pick. still searching....

@ZOKK3R Mine updated to Android 10 automatically not long after I got it. I'm pretty hard on my phone, not as a gamer, but because I'm always researching something and either reading articles or using the Google screen reader to listen to long passages of text. This coupled with RU-vid, Spotify, (with wire earbuds), and the camera brings me to plugging in the charger midday. The Kindle app is a battery vampire. I'm looking between the S21+ and the S22+. The Ultra is too much when it costs hundreds more than my MacBook (Ultra with my provider is $1199, while my MacBook cost $900). Both the S21+ and S22+ are $999 with my provider in a payment plan, but I keep seeing the S21+ for a few hundred dollars cheaper at retailers. I think my decision is down to S21+ Pros : - Better battery Cons : - Inflated price at provider S22+ Pro : - Better cameras (minimally) - Consistent pricing Cons : - Smaller battery The S22 series isn't very innovative from the S20 and S21 series. The S22+ looks very similar to the S21+ on the outside and, apparently, in internal software and the system (from what I've heard). For me, it'll likely come down to what I find out in the store about the two. I hope something I've said might help you.

My s9 lasts almost 2 hours and a half on screen time💀💀💀. I think my battery health is like at 70%

I was offered a new S22 for free, to change my s9, but i dont want it even for free, after looking it up. That lack of micro sd means all the difference. Dahell am i supposed to do with the big fancy camera with a mere 128 gb storage that one got? I have currently 140 gb stuff on my s9 in total and theres still 160 Gb free space. More space left than the total of the 22 what a joke.

stick with the 9+ at least you have "external" Storage ( SSD card ) where you can put all your stuff on it, to take it to the next phone, computer etc
