do you still use your phone? my S23 Ultra stays mostly on standby and I mostly just use note-taking apps, calendar and camera at work but it never have forecasted a 1.5 day battery life. device care always say 16 hrs to 1 day battery life in a single charge. I still charge it whenever I take breaks even when the battery is still on 70%.

Nobody cares about the titanium, the device is amazing and so it's the hardware and build. Apple is the one that needs to push and heavily market the titanium. The iPhone is so bland, boring, and less capable than the s24ultra, that they need all the help they can get.

I get what you are feeling. I'm in the same boat. I currently own iPhone 12, and have been an apple user since a decade now, with owning iPhone 6, 6s, 7 and 11 as well. I also own an apple watch 7 45mm cellular. I am going to purchase S24U even though I've been an apple fanboy for a decade now. I recently used my aunt's S23U some days back, only for like 15 minutes, but they were enough for me to make the choice to let go of my beloved apple choices. What I realized in those 15 minutes is how far android experience has come since I owned my Xperia back in 2014 in fluidity, multitasking, and then these cameras onS23U. Honestly if S24U hadn't been out today, I would've still considered S23U, it was that refreshingly good to experience! That being said, honestly I was looking to upgrade to iPhone 15 earlier, but just as you, I feel only the dynamic island wasn't enough for me to go for that upgrade. Sure the camera specs would've been much better, but they are not bad at all in my iPhone 12 either. It would've been like purchasing a phone with 98% same experience yet again. All in all I would say at this point of time, more than my iPhone 12, I feel I'm going to only miss my watch 7 cellular experience. What I have realized is without this ecosystem of apple, iPhone as a standalone apple product in the market would surely seem outdated with its so many limitations as compared to something like S23U or S24U (barring the video recording on their cameras). Rest I will only be able to tell better once I am on the other side on Monday, so, fingers crossed! P.S. Honestly from the last 5 odd years, ever since apple introduced multitasking on their iPads, I've been hoping that apple would bring it to their iPhones considering their jump in screen sizes (or at least iteration of it), but now I've given that hope up as it is clear to me that it's not gonna happen because they wouldn't let their iPad sales being hurt because of it. I'm unable to understand what's the whole point of having the fastest processors in their smartphones if there is next to none multitasking capabilities available!
