Just checking how a respectable phone like S21U performs against his next gens

Personally, I think the best designed phone Samsung has ever made is the Note 10 plus with its simplistic, non bulky camera design and beautiful aura glow was just amazing. I had the black one, and I still loved the design. I am currently using the Note 20 Ultra and S21 Ultra. Personally, I think for me the S21U is about as good as it gets. I dont really have a desire to upgrade to the S23U or S24U. I don't care about the s pen, and it basically seems like more of the same.

The S21U has the best speaker that Samsung has ever created. I used S10, N20U, S21U, s22U, S23U, S24U and none of them could beat the S21U. N20U & S22U are with the worst speaker.

Note 10 recently received a Surprise security patch update.

Only reason to upgrade nowadays is if you want the latest software as fast as possible. Just replace the battery in your phone every 2-3 years depending on how hard on it or bad at taking care of it you are and you'll be set. Only reason I upgraded from my N20U. But if I had to swap back from the S24U I would be okay with it. It's not like being sent to an iPhone which I also rock as my work phone. You couldn't pay me to switch to a brand new iPhone as my main phone as opposed to an older Samsung.

The Note 10 Plus in my opinion is the best looking Samsung phone ever.

Honestly S10 fam Note 10+ was and are good phones.. the S20 family was the last of the great phones tbh... S20 S20 plus S20 ultra Note 20 ultra.. 1440p 120hz on the entire fam of phones... 12g ram across the board.. curved displays..... all glass... then the vid 19 hit... Samsung cut corners to save $$$ yet charged us ridiculous money... 1080p max unless you bought the Ultra ... 8g ram lol 😂... plastic..... yep... big uprade... performance slightly... the S20 S20 plus S20 ultra n Note 20ultra still hang with the newer ones and look better due to the 1440p aka 2k display.... may not be as bright but still doesn't matter... more ram phone more stable... I use em alot I root them work on em build them repair them... I have em all from the OG Tmobile S1.. to the S24 ultra current.. and my fav Honestly isn't the new ones... it's the S20 plus and Note 20 ultra.... js... once rooted they are just as good if not better than the s21 s22 phones which is hilarious... just know Samsung ripped us off... just because cam slightly better you won't know it display at 1080 vs 1440... ram on the s20 and Note 20 12g... s21 s22 s23 8g unless ultra.... I mean cmon lol 😂plus s20 Note 20 ultra glass... s21 s22 s23 plastic

All good Samsung galaxy phones! Samsung 24 ultra we know is the best but The Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra still holding it's own ! I'll stick with my Note 20 ultra and see what 25 ultra brings to the table no need to upgrade till maybe in 25 Samsung ... We will see If Samsung makes it worth while! NOTE 20 Ultra still a beast and does the job in 2024 ! Still fast good pictures good battery good speakers and its paid for !!! Oh. I thought this meant update in the sense that should you be updating these phones to newer One UI's. My bad. But guess what? That's good. Because it could be that that's exactly why I'm here. Stumbled onto this cus my s22 rekt its own display (Known issue, Just google or Reddit it, It's flooded out there lol) So considering picking any one of these (In some cases) Literal "bad boys" - Do the standard due dilligence and check up on current known issues Always. Hope this helps someone make a more informed decision, Or maybe even dodge a bullet that'd have rendered their Investment in a New-Old-Phone potentially open to being un-alived in the near future.

Comment #2, They do seem to be pulling a bit of an L in terms of support and whatnot these days, Not to mention them being quite pesky about general repairability. Don't necissarily want to be throwing shade here, But Imo it's best to steer clear if you haven't, And steer wayyy clear if you're planning to step aboard the Samsung ship. 5-7 years of intended Android updates doesn't really mean much if even with the flagships if they can be rendered caught in a hardware level disaster prompted by seemingly just mere software. And yes, I'm coming up with this from a very butt-hurt point of Samsung ownership, So you may point that out if you must - Context in my comment. But I'm just down here trying to put more eyes on what may become a monster even if they haven't become one yet (Cough, Cough, Current Asus vibes, Yikes)
