I've used iPhones since the 3 and just today upgraded from a 6+ to an s9+, mostly because of not wanting to use an adapter for my AUX. Not sure why I fanboy'd iPhones for so long but I wish I had gone with Samsung years ago, I love how customizable the phone is, the display is amazing and the ease of use is far beyond what I ever got out of an iPhone. Also, anyone calling these phones cheap has obviously never owned one, I was also under the illusion that they were poorly made with 2nd rate materials but damn was I wrong. The quality is amazing and I can still use my headphones/AUX without having to worry about losing a tedious $10 adapter.

Brendan Hendershott that's cute!!! S9+ is no better. Just use what suits u. I bought s8,s8+ & s9+ and compared myself. Prefer Apple and don't want Androids hideous and overstocked features. Only thing I digged off them was the split screen.

TXguy82 Have you watched any of the benchmarks or speed tests? Even with apps not optimized for the newer OS that the S9+ is using it still beats the iPhone X in nearly every field. Oh and enjoy the incomplete screen with a weird bezel at the top.

Brendan Hendershott I sure do enjoy it!!! Better view IMO. I compared both phones side by side. iPhone > any Android... Don't let my opinion get under your skin. It's just a phone .. Funny in the short time I had the latest s9+ I was getting UI stopped working pop ups, my Eagles app crashing pop up and it wasn't even opened, screen freezing issues... Fuk that Android phone.

I get so annoyed whenever I see a tech war in the comments. Chill, it’s just a dang phone. Phones were made for one purpose, LONG DISTANCE COMMUNICATION! Durability is one thing, and of course there are many factors for a good “new” phone, but in the end, all phones are good. I prefer Apple, but Samsung’s good, too. I just like Apple better. I’m not saying Samsung, or Android in general is bad, but this is just my opinion. If you have an Android, cool. If you have an Apple, cool. Just get your own phone and live your own life. Everyone has a different opinion, so don’t hate on others because of what phone they use.

true but it all comes back to the core values of each company, Blackberry will never get rid of a qwerty, Apple will never become Open Source, Google will never stop tracking you, Samsung will always put development into the displays and 3rd party everything else... I have an S8 and it has issues with durability and battery life. I'm likely replacing it with a Blackberry or iPhone, not sure I will ever go back to Android unless it's a Blackberry

Lil Marv it doesnt matter if its aluminum or not we're talking about the back _glass_ not the metal border. its not because samsung uses aluminum, its because of apples poor decision of permanently gluing the camera glass to the back glass. thats y the repair is so expensive, and just the general fact that any apple product is overpriced.

I'm really impressed with Samsung's durability, the s9 might not be s5 tank durable, but with materials that stiff its amazing. I forgot where I saw it but the note 8 is rated for a 500g ball falling 40cm on it with no cracks, that translates to a 1 meter fall and I believe it after all the times I dropped mine.

Wow I need that phone I like the S9 better so much more you can do on it. My iPhone is shit. It’s won’t turn on til like the 10th click on the home button won’t let me do my Touch ID anymore, and it freezes for like an hour and I can’t even turn it off. I haven’t even dropped my iPhone in like an year or two, or had any liquid drop on it. It’s shit.

Haley Banda Ugh, that sucks. Not to brag but I really love this phone. S9 Plus is the best for sure. Just the crazy amount of themes available for it.... It's so cool. I just turned my ENTIRE operating system to red and black. I love how it looks! You can do any colour combination, I love Android and cant live without it.
