I know you let out a clear disclaimer at the beginning of the video but, I wasn't sure if the tablet I have was set up using a Google account. Well.... I'm gonna need you to show me/us how to do an frp bypass for Google. Hahaha jk man I'm sure there's a reason you don't get into it that far, I'm sure I can figure it out from here. You have a few options. 1) - Assuming you can get in to your tablet there will be an option to switch to guest then you can shut it down. 2) - Hard reboot it with the side buttons and then quickly follow with this video process. 3) - Wait for it to go flat

You must be quick! When you press Power + volume down key for reboot, then comes black screen. Simultan press Power + volume Up for factory reset. If you wait 1 second too much after comes samsung screen, then will not work.

This is a Google FRP lock unfortunately there isn't much you can do about it.

You don't, it would have to be removed from the mdm 1st as it suppresses the reset process

I think Samsung account should be removed with a wipe, Google account is a different story

Good question, I dont have one of these to hand. Will see if I can get one in and let you know. I'm sure a quick google will reveal all though.

Hold the power button and the volume down until it comes up with the Samsung logo then press down the volume up button instead of volume down while still holding the power button until it comes up with the function screen

Do you know if it's linked to a corporate mdm or management platform?

Yes the pin can be removed by reset but not the google account. There is litte you can do about that.

@@WeRepair Thanks. We just found out her email and password today but now were stuck on verifying the phone number and pass code. One step closer anyway. We were hoping to hack into it so at least we could reset & use the device like normal.

I had to wait until my power drained and the tablet auto shut off. Took like three weeks for me!

@Stephen Scott I thought we had to do the same but I realized if you just hold the volume and power button it'll eventually restart. Then you just let go of the power button and hold the volume lime he did. Wr forgot the password to and couldn't log in.

You can't bypass a Google FRP lock unfortunately

Your options are to hard reboot (power and volume down if I remember correctly) then follow this process or wait for it to run out of battery.

Yea there isnt a lot I can do about an account lock. I think there is a way to bypass it. Will have a look and see if I can do you a video.

Please, I have the same problem. Don't remember how to do the hard reboot with the side buttons. ?
