I have to say that your video saved the day, I was stuck since the other instructions I found where not very clear about a couple minor points that make the major difference. The tip about unchecking auto-reboot in Odin and how to reboot after installing TWRP (the many finger trick press all darn buttons!) saved the day. Literally, saved the day. So kudos to you.

Brilliant! Took me forever to install, but that's all down to me not being savvy! My old Tab E was useless as nothing was supported, but now it's flying! Other than the brief moment when I couldn't find the ROM it was so easy to follow. Well played man!

Dude this ROM saved my sm 561m tablet ... best ROM I've ever put on it, amazing! all the others, had bugs and mainly problems with the battery "little durability" ... this ROM is incredible !! Great job, please whenever you update other tones like this, put it here. big hug!!

Fantastic bud when I first got my tablet it was ace but then about a month after. I got it they stopped the updates, so it just sat in a draw till I was scrolling on RU-vid and for your video, so I blew the dust off of it, and now it has a new lease of life thanks man

Worked great, only problem i had is that i downloaded the TWRP 3.1.1-1 version , and when i wanted to enter de TWRP menu it just didnt. I just had to use the 3.0.2-1 version thats listed in the description. Thanks for the guide.

Thanks! :) Aos brasileiros que utilizam o Lineage OS 14.1 e que estavam tendo problema com a memória do tablet reconhecendo 671mb, essa room da Viper reconhece os 1.5GB normalmente.

Sim! Ficou muuuito mais rápido com o Venom reconhecendo a memória total! Só reparei que o Wifi ficou um pouco mais fraco, e oscilando.. aí tá normal?

Hey, thanks for the video! It helped me a lot! However, my wifi stopped working after installing the ROM. Can someone help? I tried this ROM (ViperOS), and also LineageOS and DotOS, but all result in the same problem. When I try to connect, the wifi label blinks and says "Saved", or sometimes "Authorization fail". No matter how many times I try, it never connects. Trough my modem manager app, I can see the device connecting for less than a second and than disconnecting. I don't think it's hardware problem, since wifi was working fine with original firmware.

Hello again bruv great stuff you do great instuctions and advice to... I downloaded and installed linage and rooted last year it works well I was wondering if I want to install viper do I need to factory reset my tab e before I install viper and do I need to unroot it aswell?

Just put the files on sd storage then boot into twrp do a factory reset install the rom & gapps then reboot👍

Thanks Doc. . YOU did great. Quick question please. I currently have Lineage OS on my Tab E. Can I install this Viper OS to replace the Lineage OS or I will need to revert the Tab to Stock Rom V4.4 before i can install this viper OS. The Lineage OS works fine. But my sim card keeps loosing network easily. I've changed many sim card. But it's still not connecting to data network. Please reply.

U can just download lviper is place on SD card boot into twrp wpie the lineage ROM from the tab e then install viper is and all other files then reboot

Ohmygod, I cant express in words just how you've much I appreciate and love you for this! My SM-T561 Tab E? Back from the Android 4.4.4 graveyard, baby!!!. Bluetooth is a bit iffy, but not a problem for me. For anyone trying this out on a T561 i'd reccommend going through the XDA developers' site given in the descriptions once, they might have troubleshooted this issue in later versions. Ngl, for a moment there i almost shat myself when I got stuck on a bootloop. Having known you'd already uploaded a vid to unbrick the device was a great motivation for me to go through with this. I flashed it again And before I knew it, I had a revived tablet running on a sexy custom ROM. Liked, Subscribed, Recommended, Shared. You deserve it, Doc.

Wow cool I'm so glad I spent 30 minutes following this video and downloading all the files only for the Kies download to, for NO REASON, not work, and when I try to download it from another place, I cannot run as administrator (I am definitely the admin and ONLY user of this PC). All this while my tablet is trying to download odin and I'm pretty sure it's bricked. Fantastic, I really just love Windows so very much.

Great job! In T560 i just needed to install a zip of magisk manager to get root acess garanted and disable the ipv6 on wifi connection in reason of randomly disconections, (a knowed bug in android nougat in ipv6 hosts, not specific of that rom) with a ordinary script. Very useful, with great quality in stream reproduction, great managing of ram and smoothly battery consumption without stucks.

Can you tell me if after doing this procedure it is possible to install the SuperDisplay application? What if it does work? I wanted to update just to use it. Great video! I haven't done the procedure yet because I'm waiting for the tablet to arrive

I don't have the tablet at the moment so I can't try ,however feel free to try this to when u get the tablet if I don't like it u can always put the original stock ROM back onto the tablet I have videos showing how to do all these things so do not woy😁👍

hi,i installed the os and it worked very well,but when i installed smartthings and i click connect it kicked me from app,the os is wow,but you can fix the kick problem(with smartthings),this is the only application that takes me out, otherwise everything is very ok btw nice vid

I can't restore the Data :c in Viperos my device have a boot Loop i have tried flash Viper ans fix then restore the Data and flash Viper fix and gapps and then restore Data but it doesn't work :c

This is great and much better than Lineage OS that was restricting memory to only 750 MB. Istill have issues with the Bluetooth but maybe its something else.

Hello Dear @Android Doctor... Thanks for sharing such a detailed informative video... I needed the same as old 4.4 was not able to download Google Classroom & Meet. I have successfully rooted & installed in my T561.. But I am facing a problem after this process. 1. Home button (for reaching home screen from any app/setting), nor recent app button is working 2. Play Store is not updating the apps NOR installing new apps, Just showing "Waiting for Download"...even the internet is working properly with WIFI.. Kindly help to resolve the problem ASAP. Thanks Manpreet Singh
