Thank you for the overview of this ECG feature. I saw a heart specialist this morning and was told to get a smart watch that does continuous monitor for afib...after spending the rest of the day researching what's currently available, it has come down to the Galaxy Watch6 as being the one for me. Heading out in the morning to purchase the non-classic version to pair with my S22 phone.
I just got my Galaxy 6 today to pair w/ my S24 Plus. On the phone, the status shows waiting to download app. . . .this has been on for hours now. Very frustrating.
What phone model do you have? I see that Google Play is on your phone but you were able to access to Galaxy store as well? I am wanting to get this but not sure if I should get it if I have a Motorola Edge 2022
Galaxy Store apps can only be downloaded in Galaxy Phones, but u can download a modified version of the app in the phone and in the watch so it works in every phone, but it is harder to do. Search "how to use ecg on galaxy watch 6 without a samsung phone" on YT and u should find a video on that. It is not that dificult but it is annnoying. And also annoying that Samsung blocked this feature behind a product line from their brand.
