I own one of these two, it's very nice indeed, but I am having problems with using it' to take calls or make call's, and I have the same problem with my Galaxy Z fold 6 , never a dull moment
I was this 🤏 close to getting the White GWU but ended up getting the Dark Grey. After seeing all 3 in person, which one do you like the most? I still think the Titanium Grey with Grey trail band is the best one. Also, are you gonna give these away? 👀🤣
Review is helpful but I want to know whether Watch 7 is compatible with Android phone other than Samsung .Whether all the function run on Android phones other than samsung
Not all features are available if you use it with a non-Samsung Android phone. I am trying to determine which features are not available and will try to make a video covering this topic at a later date.
So I've had my ultra since the 20th of July and I have the trail band in Gray. It's very functional works very well. But you need to wash it at least every 5 to 7 days. It will dry out overnight very quickly but if you're going to use this band exclusively I would get at least two or three and always keep them washed. Otherwise they will turn into a smelly band of poo around your wrist😅
Thanks for sharing your experience. I agree that having two trail bands is ideal. I wash mine after each workout and can put the dry one on while the other is still drying 😊 👍🏼
I wish I could!! That was my personal favorite combination when wanting to order, but the white sand trail band is hard to get ahold of! Out of stock or multiple weeks from now delivery estimates. It was actually pretty hard for me to even get the white ultra. Definitely a popular color! I will say though that after using all 3 bands, I wish there was a less thick band option. Even the trail band is pretty thick and bulky.
You're welcome! This is the one that I personally have been using with my Galaxy Watches (because I have a few from other devices I own): amzn.to/4d6bs6x You could also consider this one: amzn.to/46w7stq (It is smaller, similar ratings, $1 cheaper right now, and from a reliable brand I also personally use--I have a dual USB-C power adapter from this brand that I use for travel and have never had any issues) Hope that helps 😊
The versa 4 alarm vibration is not good. Its very soft and can hardly feel it when the alarm goes off. Is the sense 2 the same way or can you actually feel the alarm on your wrist.
I can't stand the bands that came with this Ultra year, thank gawd for aftermarket bands. I like the performance of the Ultra as it's so much smoother, but I can't speak for its health features as I immediately disable those as I have no interest in that. I use the Ultra just like the Watch5 Pro was able to do at I optimized it for 5 days worth of battery life for my use. For $229.99 the Ultra was worth getting for me.
Thanks for your very interesting observations. My go-to channel for sleep score and health evaluations has been the Quantified Scientist where he measures the watch against scientific instruments, as in some cases you also do. Based on his preliminary report the Galaxy Watch 7's accuracy is only mediocre. He comments that the software seems unfinished. Sadly, in his comparisons Samsung still trails Apple. Interesting that you scored them much closer. I'm a S22U and Watch 5 user but I've given up on Samsung for sleep and health tracking and use an Oura ring instead. I'll probably get a 7 for some of the other features and maybe the sleep and health software will eventually improve. Glad to have found your channel and added a subscription.
Several people have also reported battery life issues. Seems like Samsung is aware and working on a fix, but no timeline or guarantee. Definitely not an ideal situation.
i have got my trail band today and I was disappointed as it feels like a piece of sandpaper. Now it is in the masching machine and I hope it will become softer as you mentioned. 🤞
Yeah, I recently found out that Samsung has a support page where they describe that they changed the design/shape of the rear sensor array to increase accuracy, but the new shape doesn’t allow for power sharing anymore.
I would get one but it's missing three things that my Galaxy classic 6 has that's a bezel wireless charging on my phone and screen size because it's not 47 mm it's 44 mm the screen size and that price is crazy
With all the fake, I will stick with last years watch, talk. It has brought the price tag of the 6 Classic back to $480-550. Though less, from 3rd parties. Amazon and other sites never tell you when youre buying from stranger danger on their sites.
I like the Galaxy Watch Ultra, but I do have some criticisms about it. I'm a little disappointed that it can't charge from a Galaxy phone. And there's no rotating bezel. Not necessarily deal-breakers, but it would have been nice features to include. I'd still buy it because the pluses outweigh the minuses.
Funny enough the Water log featurette, is my favorite is my favorite feature of the watch. 2 button presses, and track the water I'm drinking. I don't care for all the health features. Tech accuracy is always makes for niche and pedantic arguments. I can pretty do everything as my 24 Ultra except for surf a browser and lost time on youtube. Probably the smartest feature of the watch imo.
Thanks for another great review, you have great verbalization skills. making for a pleasurable experience, loved the comparison on the watches. I am so glad I went for the Grey Ultra watch, for me personally its the best from the three designs.
Again, another excellent video. Thank you. I upgraded from the Watch 4 to the Watch 7. I did not buy the Watch 7 Ultra due to the cost and my personal requirements as i use it to check my daily health results. However, the titanium silver is more aesthetically pleasing but still very expensive. The watch strap closing on the watch 7 is too awkward as it has to be pushed under the strap, but it provides an excellent data sheet on daily activities.
I have a galaxy watch 3 and havent updated because I havent seen any new watches that gave a real benefit till now. I have been agonising over the 40mm and the 44mm. The 40mm sits on my small wrist the best but since the watch3 has a big frame its only 42mm. Battery is my main concern I want a full day out of my watch and I will use the watch 3 overnight. I sleep really well so its not a night time concern. Will the 40mm using all the bells and whistles like preferred watch face, gps, exercise, emails, text Ai be good for at least 15 hours?
Great review. Thanks. Thanks also for the watch face tip. I installed it and think I may stick with it. Always looking for more complications in a clean design.
I can't seem to setup my new Ultra on my phone provider via the Wearable app. I've called Samsung and my phone provider with zero success. Really sorry I bought it now-----
Use the Samsung Galaxy Watch 6, and look forward to buying the Samsung Galaxy Watch 7.. Is it worth upgrading? What I like most about Watch 7 is the full metal frame around the clock.
I would like to see the sleep apnea feature as I suffer from that. And, if able to get working, blood pressure. I subscribed to your channel. This is a great video and you are very professional.
