From Samsung website Galaxy Watch Ultra is water resistant for 10 minutes in water with a depth of 100 meters according to the ISO22810 standard. The test was conducted in 5% salty water and 4ppm chlorine water. Galaxy Watch Ultra is water resistant with an IP68 rating based on the lab test conditions for submersion in up to 1.5 meters fresh water for up to 30 minutes. It is not suitable for high-pressure water activities and diving. It may be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. Water resistance is not a permanent condition and can diminish over time. Refer to the user manual for further information, including care/use instructions.

I live in North Carolina. Samsung stated delivery by August 7th. Hopefully sooner, but that's the delivery estimate.

Samsung gave me an enhanced trading of $350 for my watch5 pro, plus another $49 off plus an extra band of my choice.. Total with tax was $285. No brainer.

Nope it's not.. It's an outdoor watch that's rated against sand and grit.. nobody's going to be missing that rotating bezel because it moves so smoothly with your finger.. unlike previous versions. You're literally just one of those in cells that's looking to troll for your fanboi product.

@@ExposedRootJaime Rivera from Pocket Now had summed up the reason why the Galaxy Waych Ultra lacks a rotating bezel (according to a Samsung he spoke with). It's because that feature is exclusive to the watch classic.

Can't wait for my Galaxy Ultra to arrive. Looks so much more rugged than the Apple Ultra. Watches look very different. All kinds of orange bands to purchase on Amazon so Samsung has a orange band as a choice when purchasing so good for them. Wow! Apple can only have orange watch bands😅😅😅😅 Samsung started out with a square watch then Apple followed with Square watch in 2015. So whos cloning here Apple fans. Google Samsung watch launch date then Apple watch launch date. Samsung, Apple wars will continue on and on. Both companies have premium devices and knock off each other. Biggest CON I have with Apple is IOS with daycare watching over you 24/7.

Watch Ultra don't have rotating bezel. So, your only option left is watch 6 classic.

It’s crazy bc the same day the galaxy watch was announced Is the same day I upgraded from Apple Watch Series 8 to the ultra 2. 😂😅. Overall I’m happy with my purchase, I work in Boiler Maintenance 👨🏽‍🔧 so I needed a more rugged watch. I wanted to wait till September to see the new AW drop but 🤷🏽‍♂️ I’m happy.

Good content. It sure seems like you're actually an apple. You forgot the one main difference. Apple watch ultra can inly be used with the apple phone. And galaxy watch ultra can be used with any android phone. So it doesn't really matter which watch is better. And by the way, apple copied the ultra name from samsung since samsung had it first on their note20 ultra.🎤 drop

It's ugly and I love it. I order the gray titanium and gray band. No brainer, $350 for my six classic and military discount as well. I kept my original galaxy watch (tizan) until I ordered the five pro. My son used my first watch for another 2 years. These watches are fantastic. Will admit, I wish they released a 7 classic. Yep, I am a Samsung fan boy.

If you're going to make the case as large as my head, at least make it all screen. That and it's 14g heavier than my galaxy 5 Pro... With same battery size...Hard pass.

@@TheHummingBirdJaiye Yes. The better sensor is thicker, so the phones inbuilt charger just can't reach it. You can certainly try to charge and maybe it works, but it won't be that fast
