For my 44mm, I'm getting close to three days of battery life now. It feels like samsung and apple have software to make their batteries last 5+ days, but for some reason they won't do it. 🤔
Another plus is that I had issues with the exercises stopping in the middle of timed treadmill, usually at the 15-20 minute point. Today, after the update, no issues...thank God!
I'm quite happy with the battery life on the new Watch Ultra and I'm typically getting around 3 days and that's wearing at night, HR every 10 mins, AoD off, wifi off and all gestures on. I wore the Watch 5 Pro for the last 2 years and it's equivalent battery life to that.
I have the ultra and I use always on display, training 1hr+ per day using exercise features, sleep tracking etc, limit health features is on, manual measurement is on. I currently get barely over 1 day. Is this normal? Also this software update hasn't released yet in the UK, do you know when it'll come out worldwide?
I have had this version for a while now on Watch 7 Ultra. The wearable app is reporting 1 Day 20 hours at 92%. I have yet to see the watch state that it will last greater than a day or 2 no matter what. Perhaps I need to do a reset or wait for the next update? Confirmed that I have the version that you mention on this video. 🤔
I agree with Rseg7... I am barely getting 1 day...and use the powersave a lot! I do wear it at night and use the gestures some of the time. I would not buy this watch expecting to get 2+ days! But it is awesome!
I normally get 5 days with the Ultra, but it looks like I might get 6 days this time after the update. I don't use any of the health features or Bixby as those are immediately disabled or neutered as I do that to all my Samsung smartwatches for the last decade.
I received the new update today to my watch 7 ultra and I'm not getting any better battery life yet. I'm currently at 94% and it says I have 1 day 11 hours left with AOD turned off, only the pinch gesture turned on and heartrate checked every 10 minutes. It says I can get 2 days 5 hours if I turn on power savings. I have no idea how people are getting 3-5 days battery life?
How did you get it to last more than 2 days?? My guess js that you have all health features turned off... Cause I can't get mine to get past 2 and a half days
If you disable the health features you should get 5 days like everybody else with the Ultra. 3 days to 4 days with the Watch7. No different than a Watch5 Pro. Stop using AOD and use battery saving mode with health features disabled checked.
@jamesm568 I get it, but isn't that the purpose of the Ultra watch; for its health features 🤔 I'm just trying to figure out how Jimmy gets it past 3 days with everything enabled.. 😒 I must be doing something wrong. Just received the Ultra watch update a few days ago and just drained the watch, so doing a few cycle, and hopefully battery life is much better. I'll keep yal posted
I did the update my ultra is ending in AXG2 with June 1 security patch level I charged the watch to 100 percent it shows 2d 15h left have same features turned on like your's i don't see how xou got 5d
I bought Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra and I've been using it for the past 2 week I don't know how you guys get 3-4-5 days of battery when I can't get more than day and a half max. I was ending the second day with my watch 6 classic /with half the battery size/ with 20% battery left. On my Watch 7 Ultra, I turned off the gestures, always on display, and I just use it as a regular watch and none of the options and still can make it to 2 days.
Tell me why, before the update, my ultra had 2 days and 20 hours at 98% charge, and right after the update, it changed to 1 day and 22 hours at 96% charge 🤣🤣🤣 fml
because it depends on the energy consuption trend in the last xx minutes , even if an update optimize/lower the overall energy consumption , the process of updating is very energy intense, so you just need to give it a couple of house /half a day.
