3years ago I using iphone 13 for 8month,and then I try samsung S22 until now,both are amazing tho,but samsung in that same price-range can give you so much feature like AOD,small screen bazel,super fast charging,edge lighting,better battery life and many more ❤❤❤

My biggest problem with iOS is that it feels like it's made for small screen devices. There's nothing in iOS that would help you use Max or Plus iPhones. I can use S23 Ultra one hand for most of the time no problem. My wife's 15 Plus is a two hand phone in most cases.

it seems Apple is always playing catch with Android. and sometimes it takes years for them to acknowledge a feature then implement it. on the other side Samsung doesn't have that problem, as soon as they see a new iPhone feature they quickly add it to their phones...sometimes as soon as the next update 😅.

Although it can be correct, but sometimes apple do implement features which becomes mandatory to all other devices such as dark mode and night shift which were implemented correctly which made all other companies follow and do it correctly too, but Android have way to many features and some are hidden such as the amazing features of split screen and pop up. Anyhow what am trying to say is that both of them are playing catch in some departments but apple being apple always go slow which is stupid...

Yes its brighter than iphone with adaptive brightness but under the sun it just stay 5 minutes and then phone gets hot and dimming the screen way faster then the iphone and s23ultra (s23 ultra stays more then 15 min before dimming s24u less then 5 min)

I enjoy my S24 Ultra. I would've possibly settled for something simpler, but in my region S24 series, aside from ultra, have Exynos, and S23 series somehow weren't on sale (S24 ultra was quite cheaper than S23 ultra). Though the only thing to consider is Samsung's downgrade of optical zoom from S23 Ultra. Anyhow, I'm amazed how long I can get it running on maximum efficiency (60hz, light mode, battery economy, battery preservation (charging up to 80%), and up to 20% before charging). Scheduled DnD mode is also nice.

@@AvnerTouitou No Android Auto, no Google Pay/Google Play, possible chinese spyware/surveilance in favour of possibly better camera? I might pass on that one (Tbh my choice was not entirely made for phone cameras as I have Nikon DSLR). I previously was a fan of Xiaomi, but my latest phone let my expectations down big time (Mi 11T Pro). Possibly never again, unless I'm 100% sure of it. I'm relatively positive that my S24 ultra going to last me at least 3-5 years (with official and extra warranties), maybe up to 7 (with software support), based on the experience of my relatives and friends.

I just bought the iPhone 15 Pro Max and man there are things that drive me crazy. If you don't have an Apple branded headphone, it will not automatically reconnect to your BT when you turn it on. In order to get that on again, I have to tap way too many times. The camera app though isn't what you said. When turning on your camera app, you will have the default settings, but in the camera app setting you can change to that, so it always remembers the last setting you used. Anyway I realized that I have invested way too much in android and will most likely go back to Android next time I change phone.

I tried Iphone 15 Max and S24 Ultra and for me Android is much better than ios. Even i have a Mac M1 but ios is to much like Windows. Everytime a have to confirm when i delete for example a message in Whatsapp or Messages and Faceunlock works not without a swipe. I will never go back to iphone since XSMax!

Of all the things I’d like to see come to iPhone, this is the one, the back swipe… I don’t care about moving icons around the screen or changing their colors or split screen, but that back gesture is a true game changer…not enough to make me switch to Android/samsung though… at the end of the day if you are to lazy to reach up and tap a back button then you e got bigger problems than which brand of phone you use.

@robhughes8516 If all of the doors in my house had different handles in different places, yes I could open them, but they would be annoying to operate and not second nature to find the handle. That's more what we're talking about here, not laziness. Also, I love split screen and use it all the time. On a phone call where you need to key something in from another app? want to compare something from another app? Etc There are many other things that keep me from even considering ios currently, but the latest changes announced are steps in the right direction imo.

In Expert Raw and with a good video app like Promotion Cam the S24 ultra beats the 15 PM in both photos and video, even without looking at how much better the zoom is on the S24 ultra. In the regular point and shoot camera app they are pretty similar photos-wise and the 15 PM is better for video.

The 15PM beats the s24U in photography no matter what magic tricks and apps you have, I have both and the s24U has horrible image processing, just horrendous. The 15PM takes fantastic pics, just point and shoot, no need for special prep, do this, do that , etc etc like the s24U, just point and shoot… and the Samsung just can’t do low light photography, and introduce ANY motion at all and it’s a blurry mess… the iPhone easily, EASILY takes it in the photography and especially video department…easily.😊

You forgot iPhone also has blackmagic camera app and ProRAW which is far better than expert RAW. iPhone's RAW images are almost like a DSLR and every RU-vidr tested it. Samsung is just good for zooming. Else is just worse than iPhone

Here is the thing, i have both IP11PM and S21Plus as daily drivers, sure the iPhone is behind due to software, but it doesn't help how much stutter the S21 suffers from and how much weaker it is than the iPhone, I'll keep saying it over and over each to their own iPhone might be limited but mostly reliable, samsung might be open and offers more but sometimes can fail you. Nonetheless, both companies have become shite copying each other and making fun of one another then folllowing it and copying so screw both of them smh

So the thing is S21+ chipset is made in Samsung foundry which is known for creating inefficient chipsets. That's why specific Samsung phones have this stuttering issues. Next time you are buying a Samsung make sure the chipset is from TSMC, just my two cents 😁 But I agree with other parts of your comment.

Samsung needs to optimize the animations, they're still not as smooth as iPhone. Also, the battery drain while on idle, on iPhone is practically inexistent meanwhile Samsung drains too much while doing nothing, in my 8 hours of sleep it drains from 3-5% and iPhone drains 0

Maybe 3-4 years ago I did still used to look at iOS and think I wish Samsungs UI was that slick. Nowadays, with all but the cheapest phones 120hz, and OneUI6.1 is easily smooth enough that I really don't notice it much difference anymore, even using back to back. Jump on a none-pro iPhone 15 and the 60hz makes it feel like I've gone back to my old S8 from 2017 😅 I think iOS mainly just does slower animations and more obvious speed ramping to give that bouncy look, whereas One UI opts for snappier animations.

My S24U probably does also drop a few percent over night, but certainly can't match a 0% drop 🤣 As long as it can get to the end of the day, which it does easily, I just chuck it on charge over night, with the battery protection turned on so it doesn't charge to over 80% and it's ready to go in the morning.

I have a S24 ultra phone and also I have a Tab S9 plus I never have a battery drain problem at night. On the contrary, I charge before bed and wake up. I find the battery percentage has not changed.

I can confirm the same as the others users said, no drain with the S24 Ultra, check the PhoneBuff battery test and you'll see that the iPhone drops more % in 16h of idle test than the S24 Ultra, so what you said isn't true at all. Also if you consider that iOS backgroud is "fake" as all upload and download process (like Instagram story, file upload) don't work when you exit the app this difference become bigger

Taniya is a very good singer. iPhone is garbage and have less functionality. It's focus mode is also garbage. iPhone focus mode does not silense calls in focus mode but instead sends it to voice mail, if your carrier does not have voice mail facility, it just hangs up the call, which is very rude to callers. It also produce dark skin tones for Indian people. It's mail application can only check emails from imap servers every 15 minutes, there is no way to change it to less than that. It's completely stupid phone.

Ultra it's own phone, nothing like it.. iPhone is design is generic most phones look like it.. even the s24 and S24 plus looks exactly like the iPhone except for a large distracting dynamic island..

You are completely incorrect on the brightness You're doing something wrong. I just compared my s24 ultra yesterday to a iPhone 15 pro Mac indirect sunlight with adaptive brightness on in my phone got brighter.
