Samsung TV Voice Guide Assistant - Turning Off 

Dude, you’re a lifesaver. I’ve had the 75” Frame for 2 days when this feature suddenly started and I was about to rip it off the wall. Thanks for saving me a small fortune.

Hi there, when I follow your instructions and found voice guide it was set to off. I have no idea how it was turned on and even had Samsung do a remote session. They tried the same thing. It's on off, but it's not off. Any suggestions please?
