A36 is actually AE6 which is communication error code between 3 control board which does not make any sense , JOOF is software version or has something to do with circuit print has nothing to do with washer itself . It’s auxiliary note .
Hi Hameed!We have samsung 4.2 cubic feet front load and every time when every spin cycle starts, the washing machine begins to shake and walk about 3-5 seconds and then stops and starts to rotate normally.Any ideas
Vesel Vasilev make sure the fees are properly installed to the ground and it's balanced, straight to the ground, otherwise check the shocks inside the washer, make sure those are not broken or has crack on them, check the spring that holds the drum to the cabinet,
Could be unlevel there are feet u can twist to lower or higher to level out also could be bad suspension rods or tub balance ring. Or just a unbalanced load readjust clothing
Spin your drum with hand first to see if it’s spins freely. If it’s spinning freely you probably got a broken wire at the back on the motor or rom sensor is defective . It’s most likely seized motor which is caused by broken bearing, on Samsung it’s very common .

adrian mendoza open the back panel holded by 2 Philips screw, check the motor rpm sensor, that's probably loose, or defective, you problem looks sensor not board, a broken shock would also do that, sometimes it sticks in 9 minutes won't do anything but keeps spinning and slowing down,
adrian mendoza I am getting the AE6 error. The washer will freeze after a couple of minutes of use. Can you show what you did in the back of the washer to fix it or give me a quick idea on what to look for? Thanks

@@dompennypacker4491 5c code is usually water valve error code . Make sure water is fully on . Make sure it’s not making buzzing noise and filling low water . Or maybe it’s not working . Open the water lines and check the water valve screens for calcium rust or other minerals ✌️
@@hameedwafaAFG it was fully on. It was not draining the water, which it would stop when it was time to switch to rinse and or spin cycles. As a matter of fact, the pump was no engaging at all.
elyas abdel you need to replace the ui and main control. Very Expensive repair that most people will junk it and buy another washer that’s not Samsung or lg. Speed queen is the champion, least they were. I don’t know about the new model though.
I’m getting an 8E1 error code. However I replaced the vibration sensor and I’m still getting an 8E1 error code. I’m about to lose my mind!!! It’s been down for 5 months now. 🥴😵💫🤦🏻♀️ 🤯🤬😭 I replace the bearings and seal, the spider arm is in great condition I replaced the shocks, and now I’m getting the 8E1 error code.
