You will have to check the wire to the door switch. The problem could be the start button, the board, a wire or a defective switch. So put your tester and see if you are getting 115-120 as it locks. Also make the push button switch is working. Checking all associated wires. Also open up the board and check the relays. Power the unit off, use a strong magnet to activate the relays. You might have a stuck circuit. What was your original complaint?

@@appliancerepairshorts im thinking then relay for the switch motor is broken. not sure wym by using the magnet. i have looped checked all the cords and all receiving the right voltage while turned on. plus ohms checked and all checked out. i am thinking its just the relay

@@chandlerestes9027 the is a tool I use for checking relay coils. Mag Probe. I’ll link it. It will help to know if the relay is getting the low voltage to turn on the a/c voltage. If you’re careful, use a strong magnet to engage the switch. Check back for the link

I wanted to say, check your door strike. Make sure it is not damaged. If you can hear your lock locking, it is getting power. If it is silent, continue checking. Also make sure your connections are connected securely
