Hi everyone. I hope you could help with my issue. Technician recommend a new motor, exactly like this video. Sadly I still have the same problem. On normal setting it spins till a certain point, then randomly stops. It unlocks the door. I also replaced the latch on the door. Any recommendations I would appreciate.

omfg I hope this fixes it. ive replaced both pcb boards on the Samsung and I finally had it up and running a once I tried to wash I noticed the tub wasnt spinning. so I hope this part sensor part is the issue for it not spinning and if it doesn't I give up

If the tub is trying to turn, fidgity, but wont make sure you have 120V to the Motor Control Board, if so change the Motor Control Board...while you are in there change the RPS (Rotor Position Sensor) it monitors the speed of the motor

Is this the part I would replace if i am getting a 3E error message? The machine is spinning but not getting the cloths spun enough and it is loud and sounds unbalanced.

Samantha Davidson I would start by checking your manual as it should list what each error codes is. The part they replaced could be related as part of its function is to monitor the speed - could also be a roller issue too which is preventing the tub from spinning properly or could even be something struck in drum/tub. Try checking manual first for the definition of the error code as that should give things to look for that may be the cause of the issue.

Wulwyn Porte Depending on your model it could be a clutch or motor (possibly the coupler too) related issue since it is not spinning and clothes are wet. Again depends on your models to how it is built - I would go to repair clinic site and enter your model # of unit and they should have specific info related to your model.

I just replaced this on my samsung wf42h5600ap/a2-00 and it still will not spin. It just sits there and makes a high pitch noise. I tested the stator motor and the amps are correct. What could it be?

@@eagleeyeappliancerepair3511 i was not messing with it anymore, went out and bought a new whirlpool. I did by a brand new control board and it did not fix it.

@@allanfarmer1442 I bought the DC92-01621C Samsung Main Control Board brand new, I paid $159 for it, let me know if you need one, I still have it and I will let it go for $60 plus shipping. It is literally brand new, only plugged it in to find out that that was not the issue.
