If you can’t afford it or you just don’t wanna pay, you can always sign up as a volunteer. You have to register almost a year in advance to do so but I think it’s worth it. 3 hours of volunteer service gets you in for the rest of the day. And you get priority volunteer registration for the following year so that means free Comic-Con badges as long as you volunteer. This is my second year as a volunteer.
Yeap, time flying so get planing since i know they got map and info on sdcc website of where places are gonna be inside and who selling what. so be more coming as for info online as we get closer so hope u plan or u be going and gotta check the books u get to plan ur day before the place opens ea day.
Never been sounds like the way to go though cause bet that big of a event is lots of money do you get to take pictures or go to anything if you volunteer
do they accept cash as payment in comic con? Is there a walk in ticket to a panel? Is there a walk in ticket so you can enter to the comic con? How can you get a comic con badge? It’s a dream of mine to be in the sdcc but I have no idea what to do cause I’m from asia and thanks to this video I got some tips when my time comes when I can visit comic con
I can’t wait to come back to San Diego Comic Comic, btw, I’ve been to SDCC since 2015, but on the Outside, I haven’t been Inside, cause I didn’t have Tickets, it was Sold Out, and haven’t make it, but I took Photos w People Fans who wore Costumes. I had Fun, even I done it again 2 times, and the reason I’ve been 2 times, I live in San Diego. :)
I've never been to San Diego comic con, but I wanna go in 2018 , so my question is, Do I have to have a badge? What's the significance of the badge? And what's the difference of me just getting a general admissions ticket instead of the badge? Do know much about it all , so if these seem like stupid questions I wouldn't know.
Too late for 2018, I have the same problem. I’m planning on going 2019, for the difference : there are no “ tickets “ badges are what you get to get in and you need them. If you want to go make sure you make a MEMBERSHIP ID awhile in advance of ticket sales, they’ll stop accepting membership ID randomly 1-2 months ahead of ticket sales. Well I hope I helped! Good luck
@@YellowProductions So basically if you want to avoid the lines, you would need to have a Shape Shifting power like Mystique from X-Men, turn into a Fly & be a fly on the wall in the panel or so small & fly around the show floor? Point me in the direction of the nearest Nuclear Power Plant. I need to Mutate my Genes.
Hello, i know this is an old video so idk if youll read this. But i know nothing of comic con and i want to go to see a panel of a tv series i know will be there. Will the panel be in a room like hall H? I live on the other side of the US and i do not want to miss out on the panel because the line is too large. If it is in a hall, should i go early?
I’m looking into going next year and was wondering if they had meet and greets to meet creators or actors. I haven’t really seen anyone talk about meet people at comic con and was just something I wanted to look into
Everything in downtown san diego is expensive... I'd suggest booking a hotel using the comic con hotel booking site.. that's usually the best pricing. For cheaper... look for a hotel that is on the trolley line. You can take the San Diego Trolley (light rail) right to the convention center
Probably something like 10pm the night before if you want to make it in Saturday morning. Its ridiculous. You basically need to get a wristband when they hand them out
7:37 I agree to the Food at Comic Con, luckily I haven’t been inside Comic Con, and I thought I wanna try the Food there, I haven’t eat it, but yeah I think it is Disgusting, which the Secret Ingredients are Freaking School Lunches, and thank goodness it’s Expensive, cause I ain’t buying it either. What a Relief
Sign up for an account NOW on the San Diego Comic Con website, then they will send you an e-mail when they go on sale. It's sort of like a lottery system for tickets
Would it be weird to dress up as Todoroki from Boku No Hero Academia..but not fully just with a wig and a sweater? I am not sure if it would be weird..Is there a certain area for like the anime part or is it all together or do you just have to keep your eyes out? I don't mean to sound stupid but I have never been to one before..
Dress up however you want.. costumes are so varied that really not much of anything is weird at Comic Con. And the anime stuff is mostly all over.. not really condensed to one section
+Devin Marie Comic Con has an online registration that is basically a lottery. I'd say about 1 in 10 folks that want tickets get them. Go to Comic Cons website and sign up for a User ID.. they will email you when tickets go on sale for 2019. 2018 is sold out
Nah, I rather not go. It seems like one of those places that there is so much of everything that in the end you end up suffering more than actual enjoyment.
I would also think to bring comfortable shoes for all that walking and something to do during those long lines like bring a book and fully charged ipod/ipad to pass the time. Oh and bring a charger
eh no thanks,id rather actually go to a comic con in my area, have fun and not fight to get into an expensive line just to say I did it,thanks for the info :) ill save my money for something that's not just out to rape your wallet
I agree. That place looks like a crowded torture that wastes time and money. Plus, I can get comics at smaller local conventions, my local comic shop, or online.
