I live in SF and Rockstar is very good with getting the actual vibe and feel of the cities down. Las Vegas, LA, New York, miami and even the wild west. Of course they may not look exactly alike but Rockstar still knows how to make them feel more familiar than and other game developers.

Rockstar should've put this city in GTA V instead of Los Santos. And more of 60's and 70's music too, to rise the atmosphere lol. PS: don't forget the hippie peds. Now the reason I think Rockstar didn't do this is because of Driver: San Francisco. It would be kinda repetitive playing in the same city again and graphics of GTA V and Driver SF are pretty much the same.

"Gant" standing in as "Golden" still doesn't sound good when you compare it to other names such as Vinewood or Rockford Hills. If the Golden Gate Bridge reappears in a new GTA game, it should get a new name like how most districts of GTA V's Los Santos got new names.
I really wish GTA6 to be staged in bayarea. San Francisco, Oakland and San Jose. Each city is very unique in its own way and would be pretty chill driving around these cities. ah, lets forget about Watch Dogs for now
Who else lives in San Francisco? San Fierro looks nothing like it here. Except the vibe and road hills. The Golden Gate Bridge is too short. The Bay Bridge looks nothing like it does in real life. But it was made in 2004 so it had less time put into and lower quality technology
Rockstar should’ve put San Fierro in GTA V Since the island is the whole country But there is just 1 city. Los Santos They should’ve added more details and cities instead of mountains
