Wow San Francisco looks beautiful. I'm so glad it recovered after Godzilla tore the place up and those huge monsters from the Pacific Rim. Persevere SF. Persevere.
The music was just beautiful and added so much to a beautiful city and a beautiful tour. Keep up the good work. I lived there for 30 years so I know what I am talking about.
absolutely beautiful, I check this clip every once a while, on one side, it calms me, on the other side, my longing visiting her keeps growing, it almost builds up anxiety, for my friend who lives in bay area, you have no idea how lucky you are.
stayed for 2 weeks . from birmingham al . san Francisco is like a new world . amazing sites an the bay i loved walking the bay by the golden gate bridge . i stayed downtown mission street an financial district.
thanks for posting, i for one enjoy a good time lapse video that includes a sunrise, a sunset, alot of of traffic, headlights, alot of cloud floating by in the sky along with all that fog loafing around the bay....it dosen't get any better than that unless we include the golden state bridge(ha).
America's Paris. Except I'd rather live in San Francisco than Paris, someday, even if it is more expensive. No other American city can ever match it's stupendous views.
@Angel Jose Mendoza Have you been to Paris? Paris has its problems now too. San Francisco is older for a North American city. I guess you can thank the Spanish for leaving behind some historical buildings and narrow streets. The only way I can fathom anyone comparing it to Paris is to claim San Francisco is a city of lust...which for LGBT I guess it is their North American capital. Will it ever be clean again? It doesn't look good right now...like the rest of California.. I would say because of corrupt government. The buck has got to stop somewhere and when a government is busy defunding police and declaring that taxpayers must pay for non-taxpayers...while inviting more illegals to come promising them citizen rights...that is not going to make California or San Fran great again. Like other corrupt states ave cities these days - they drive working people and business owners away. Allowing open season on looting without consequences is already driving away retailers and stores...and unfortunately many "elites" in California insist somehow that Trump was the problem ??? 🙄
Beautiful work, Nicholas, so inspiring. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and would love to get an intervalometer and shoot the different parts of this beautiful city. As to someone who commented on your watermark logo - it wasn't distracting at all - wondering why he/she has/had a problem with it. BTW, I like how you prop your camera in the middle of the (Columbus?) street shooting the downtown traffic, with the TransAmerica Pyramid in the background :) Isn't that a dangerous stunt? I bet you had to stay there for at least 5 minutes to get that part of the footage.
Amazing shots! I was wondering if I could use a couple of these time lapses for a video I wanted to do. I can give you full credit and put your youtube link in my video and the description of my video! Please let me know! Thanks =)
+Christian Botello What about Houston? Can you hear the sucking sound of jobs leaving the Chicago area for places like Houston, Denver, Las Vegas, etc that are more business friendly?
+Christian Botello - Easily. It's no contest, -not even close, -just by weather alone and natural beauty (beaches, ocean, mountains, forests, lakes, rivers, etc.). Chicago sucks as does NYC, LA, and anywhere else compared to the Bay Area. The only real drawback is the cost of living, and liberal politics. Chicago has that also though (in spades).
Yeah, I would have liked to use it in a fan-made music video, but can't because of the branding. You might have gotten more publicity if you let other people use your footage more freely. I get about 400 views per day to my channel.
Don't let the beautiful pictures fool you. San Francisco is a filthy, disgusting city. Sadly, it's beginning to lose its charms and becoming too modern for its own good. From the new east span of the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Bridge to the new Salesforce Tower going up in SoMa, you won't hardly recognize the place 10-15 years from now.
+Juan Rodriguez I go to Chicago by way of Dallas in April. My brother in law has been a couple times already, and says it's pretty clean and I believe him. New York City on the other hand is full of trash and rats.
