We absolutely loved our stay at Jim and Renee's condo in San Jose del Cabo. It was the perfect location for enjoying the beach and still close enough to walk into the downtown. Most of all, it was a relaxing home-away-from-home.

Hello Laura, I have been watching your SJD videos for about a year now. Not sure how I missed this one. We purchased a condo in this development last May, so really fun to see it in your video! Hi Laura, since its low season these days we rent the condo for 100USD plus cleaning fee upon check out. High season starting in December rates increase. We also offer long term monthly rates, on an individual basis. I hope this helps. Jim

@@thetravellingrhodes6400 thank you for the info. Yesterday, I tried getting into your link to check on prices and availablity for next winter and it said, no availability for several dates that I tried. Is there a way of knowing for sure? Please advise. My husband and I have flexible dates.

I always recognize something in your vids from San Jose. I am a yearly visitor to sun and golf. I always stay at the hotel you pointed out with the lighthouse. We are going to be there next week starting the 11th and have taken your recommendations for Cactus rent a car and cabo city tours and Thursday night art walk! I'm bummed you're leaving, you had some great insights into the area.

we have stayed at the Peninsula condos a few times, love them and the pool is never too busy...but they don't take pets! argh, if they did they'd have a ton more renters but I realize the HOA's would need to be changed, bummer.

How much was the condo? Is this the low season?

Juan currently low season and its 100USD per night plus 65USD cleaning fee upon checkout. Hope this helps. Jim.

I`m always amazed by how little time people spend actually IN the swimming pool. I though swimming pools are built so that people swim IN them. Not just sitting in front of them. If I were there, I`d be swimming in that thing all the time.
