Hi, we have this model and all the lights are continuing to flash. We can turn it off and on again and it works to dispense once and then the lights flash again. Do you have any idea what the issue is? It was serviced about a month ago.
Hallo Natalie. Ik ben bezig dezelfde (oude) machine operatief te maken, en bekijk bij deze allerlei info op internet. Jouw beschrijving lijkt op de 'program mode' zoals hier in het onderste commentaar beschreven staat. Zou dat mogelijk zijn? In dat geval kan je misschien die program mode beëindigen. Overigens heb ik net online een gebruikershandleiding gevonden (in het Engels). Wellicht geeft jouw apparaat een storing aan. "If, upon pressing a dispensing button, the corresponding indicator light starts blinking, this indicates a malfunction in the electronic system or lack of water". Dus check natuurlijk of er voldoende water in het apparaat aankomt. En check de binnenkant van de machine als je de inox delen wegneemt, misschien zie je daar iets dat op onraad duidt. Mijn apparaat had bijvoorbeeld een kapotte electrokabel, die platte met 16 polen, tussen de knoppen en de kleine computer (voor elke groep 1). Die kabels zijn nogal duur in de speciaalzaak maar spotgoedkoop in china.
Hi, I have this exact model and the portafilter on the right turns more to the right to lock... If that makes sense? So when it locks in it is slightly tilted to the right... Is that normal or can it be adjusted? Thanks for the help!
Hi Carl, sounds like your group seal may well be worn. Do you by any chance use the right hand side group more than the left? A good service should rectify the problem or if you fancy getting the tools out you could change the group seal yourself
Hi carol. Hold down the stat button on the touchpad for Approx 10 seconds and all the lights on the touchpad will light up. You are now in programme mode. Press the button you want to set and once you have the desired amount of coffee in the cup press the same Button again to stop the flow and lock the setting in 👍🏻👍🏻
Yea the red button on the right hand side of each touchpad. I think programming the left hand side group head my duplicate the settings over to the right hand side but I’m not sure.
