Sand Bag Fill Materials & Demo 

Just picked up a sand bag from Garage Fit. I have tried making my own sand bags in the past, and although they worked fine over time they became very dusty and also did not have the handholds that professionally designed bags have.
In this video I describe the materials I use to fill the bag for best results and longevity of the bag. At the end I demonstrate a few exercises and detail the benefits of sand bag training.
