Jake Pollaro don’t worry about 40 times your 15 keep grinding and getting better! Train to be a better football player and dont worry about being a 40 runner. Train to increase speed but that time doesn’t mean anything for someone your age. Except set a goal to always be better than your best and improve and break your own records.
