This video breaks down a drill which is great for pushing yourself to the limit, while at the same time refining your striking and combinations. It is lots of fun to do, challenges your cardio and you can modify the drill to your needs.
The idea is to picture your opponent up against the cage or the ropes in the later rounds and you aim to build pressure one last time to finish the fight. Your opponent tries to survive with counter punching and trying to enter the clinch, but will they be able to escape your spinning backfist??
