This has to be the best episode of actors on actors. Two acting giants deep in conversation, I love how Kerry Washington welcomed for Sandra Oh to talk more about race on set as an Asian woman because she tends to shy away from that kind of conversation maybe because of the people she would talking to but Kerry Washington is well known as an actor who talks about race. Also considering the fact that killing Eve is clearly lacking representation behind and in front of the scenes and it shows because how how they did not have a lot of material for Eve season 3. Sandra Oh has did her research or has been very attentive to Kerry Washington's career and they both has such great questions about representation but about the acting method. Sometimes on these things people stray away from the acting aspect of the conversation but they did not they dove into their acting decision and how it was like to work on shondaland. There is nothing more beautiful than seeing actors that passionate about their work. Lastly, going back to Sandra Oh explaining how she would go toe to toe with the writers on Grey's Anatomy explains why she had and has most if the best scenes in the show. I want them to work together.

What Sandra said about being proud about not having given up and being resilient and fighting for her character at 43:00 is so important and when watching Greys you can actually see it. Christina Yang was always true to who she was and her co-stars admired this about Sandra too. I just watched an interview where Ellen Pompeo said that while she herself sometimes gave up on fighting for her character and simply „showed up to work and played“ for a while, Sandra never stopped advocating for Christina and that was what Pompeo admired about Oh.

Kerri Washington is a great communicator. She asks great questions. Always impressed by her. Never underwhelmed.

I was not a fan of Greys Anatomy so I don’t know much about Sandra Oh, I really enjoyed her on here. Kerry Washington is an actress i admire, and it was lovely watching them both admiring each other’s work.

Great conversation!!! I think Shonda was intentional in not talking about race for a long time because it normalized that of course you can have Asian, Black, Latina and women doctors. As times changed, I can see through her shows where she saw it fit to bring up race specifically. These two really delve into this and I enjoyed it. These two women are very self-aware and it's awesome to watch.

This was a really great interview. As someone who has watched both Killing Eve and Little Fires Everywhere, it was nice And it's good to hear from women of color their experiences and thought process in their work as well as how they navigate the landscape throughout their careers
