The thing is Sandstorm is lazy AF he plays like 50-60 hrs in 2 weeks where boomie plays 100+ in 2 weeks and always grinding. Sand is just something else.

Korede Adeyemi they’ve both been playing against each other for YEARS. Of course there’s going to be a skill gap in this game, but in general, I think boomies looking close to sandstorm level skill, it’s just a matter of time
@Ethan Michelsen In all fairness... Boomie did a pretty sick performance in the off-stage battle, Sandstorm just was in another level. Also, about the dodging part, it happens a lot to Boomie when he plays against Sandstorm (and to every player when they get nervous), when Sandstorm starts pressuring him with those sick strings, Boomie feels pressured and falls into habits, making him predictable and Sandstorm knows that and punishes him every time.

@@DugaGomes wrong you just have to train enough. I know it is one of the most difficult weapons. But blasters for exampel are way harder. For exampel the true combo d light into recovery so hard to pull of. You dont hav ethis in sytche

His gauntlet play was just as good as his scythe...Sandstorm is on a completely different level. 7 minutes? Boomie's considered one of the best of all time, easily. The fact he just threw him away with such finesse....bro
Keep in mind, gauntlets nerf were after this tournament. So DreamHack Dallas and DreamHack Summer are the first tournaments to play in the gauntlets nerf patch.
Seeing more of these videos make really think that Thats no point in training in weapons that arent gauntlets or scythes, easy to use and max effective
clearly is the best at using them, but is a fact that those weapons are too easy, too strong and too hard to punish and I say it since when they released them
