You did it again Bob. Spent a lot of time on Sandwich Street. Younger days spent fishing and swimming off the Confederation Coal Dock. Worked at Sterling, "socialized" at Dominion House and Lido Tavern. Met my spouse when she worked at Macs Milk on South and Sandwich. At one time I and 3 friends rented the house at Butlers Marina in late 70's. I do believe Mr. Butler was an older Black man who originally owed it. It was at the bottom of Brock and Russell. The fellow we rented from had plans to redo as a marina again. I don't know if that ever happened ... Well done! Cheers ..

Mike Butler is a middle aged black man who owns Bod-E-Tune in the Metro Mall at Central and Tecumseh. Drives a Jaguar, owns an old, retired ambulance and a 35' (drydocked for the last 3 years) cabin cruiser, and married to one of the prettiest Philipina ladies on the planet. I wonder if there's a relation???

this will be such a welcome new infrastructure improvement to this west end community, Unlike the other bridge owner, owning all the residential propoerties in the area and watching them go to waste, and eyesore, such a contrast in community investments. thanks again Bob.

While the GHB is the big dog project, these supporting projects are a vital, and integral part of upgrading the entire transportation system in the area. Thanks for highlighting these 'smaller', but no less important 'minor' projects that will enhance the entire GHB experience.

There is a lot happening at once, as the monumental project nears completion like any epic production does. The entire cast and crew following the same script helps to speed things up.
