Sandy Wool Lake 30 Minute Trout Session - Northern California Trout Fishing 

Stopped by Sandy Wool Lake in Fremont CA before work with my friend Jonathan. Luckily we both capitalized on the short time we had and caught us a couple DFG rainbow trout. In the video I include a cast to catch and a catch to cook. I caught the trout on a 1/32oz Panther Martin inline spinner in color “Fire Tiger Orange” (1-PMHF-FTOR-1/32), using a GLoomis 7’6” Ultralight, Shimano Stradic 1000FJ, and PowerPro 5lb braid in Hi-Viz Yellow.
