Maine hamesha upne health ka khayal rakha hai. Positive sochiti hu. Kisika bura na socha hai na kiya hai. Khush rahti hu. Akele rahti hoon. Nature ko apna dost manti hu. Retired principal hu. 50 years se yoga khali pet karti hu. Gym jaati thi. Corona se gym band ho gaye to maine jana band kiya. Walk and yoga karti hu. Ghar ka kam karti hu. Lekin achanak bina kisi reason se lower back pain left hip and hamstring pain ho raha hai. One month hua hai. Kiya karu.
Ue baar baar opinion likh kar speakdr ki disrespect kyo kar rahi hai, kabhi switch to 1.5 speed likh deti hai, hm unko sunne aur mehsus karne ayd hai, wo openion hai jannte hai sab mature log ye podcast dekhte hai

Mujhe junk food craving bahat hoti hai ..khaas kar weekends pe .. Maine 12 kgs weight loss bhi kar lia hai .(diet & exercise). aur 8 kg aur loose karne hai ....but ye junk food ki cravings mere process to slow kar de rahi hai.. any solution for this problem ??
