You know the weird thing: The Ginyus aren't strictly evil. They're mercenaries; they're just doing their job; and they all come from planets ruled by Freiza anyway so it's not like they'd have much of a choice but to serve him. Probably why in the filler they didn't get sent DIRECTLY to Hell. I mean they're obviously not good guys. But Antagonist =/= evil. Antagonist is someone who opposes the Protagonist. In terms of character; the Ginyus are probobly Lawful Neutral. They certainly follow a code; and they are just dudes doing their jobs.
