Awesome AMV! The Ginyu Force are my favorite villain group in DBZ and DBZ Kai! When I first saw their intro on Nicktoons, I was like "Wow! The Ginyu Force now has their own intro theme!" I laughed and got excited at the same time! Ginyu Force Rules! Ginyu Force Rules!! Ginyu Force Rules!!! GINYU FORCE RULES!!!!!!
These guys are the most badass villians ever! The most awesome, funniest and stupid team of elites ever, and you just gotta love them! great job to both yellowdotman and rolandofgilead77 ^^ *thumbs up*
I heard stories that Reecome is a cyborg in reality. I also heard that the Ginyu force are apparently mutants of some kind since they have unusual abilities within Frieza's ranks.
At first when I first saw the Ginyu Force on DBZ I thought of them as complete jokes in fact I basically thought of them as clowns, but now on DBZ Kai I like them because of this song (somewhere in my Top 5 Sentai Themed Teams).
@JukeboxHero12345 : Before the Frieza Saga the Ginyu Force (with the exception of Guldo) were among the most powerful and badass warriors in the Galaxy with their only equals were Cooler's Armored Squadron.
@MrMillerboy6 That's because King Cold wasn't introduced at the time of the Namek saga when the song was written. They only talk about Cold and Cooler in DBZ abridged because the people in it have already seen all of the original DBZ.
"And by 'pet', I don't mean a pat on the head." Kinda undercuts your bad guy theme song when you have to clarify what you plan to do with a Crusher Ball. At 2:19 I realized that this wasn't entirely dead serious.
I don't know about you fine people, but Team Four Star brought me to this AMV. I now actually FEAR the Ginyu Force instead of laugh at them. I might actually build an old SCORE Entertainment Dragonball Z/GT deck around the Ginyu Force now.
That was great, man. I find it humorous that Kai is trying to make the Ginyu Force out to be super badass, giving them their own hilarious (yet epic) theme song.
@SturkMaster He's too loyal by now to even think of betraying Frieza. Besides, if he tried that, picture what Frieza's army would do to him once they ganged up... and I'll bet he wouldn't know how to transform, either.
How does Vegeta barely but a scratch on him when he smashed Reccome into a mountain and blew it up. He also blasted Reccome in the face and smashed his head into Reccome's stomach when Reccom kicked him the water.
I think they should just be hired guns in that case. Basically a third party that works for the highest bidder like they did with Ledgic. But frankly the Ginyu squad dynamic wouldn't really work very well outside their arc.
@DameUta From what i hear the Ginyu we see now is not his original body, hes been swapping them for years and only Freeza seems to know what he originally looked like.
I saw a comment that said "it's a shame that the ginyus are not the good guys." If they were the goodies how they be incorrporatted into the plot ? Soliders tired of the rule of Frezia?
@aliastheabnormal i honsetly think he traded bodies up until he got to the top of the ginyu force, but what i dont understand, is why he hasnt changed bodies with frieza
@nitehawk032558 I wanna say no. I think at one point, Ginyu mentions him and the other members of the Ginyu force being hyperpowerful genetic mutations. Frieza's race just seems to be that strong naturally--see the fact that his dad's just as powerful, if not stronger than Frieza himself. Though, if Frieza's dad were a mutation, he'd probably pass that to his son so...yeah...I'm still thinking they're different species.
@aliastheabnormal Interesting. Still, I'm thinking he was originally not one of Frieza's race. I just can't get passed the power difference. Who knows, though?
Well, they are basically a glorified Super Sentai Parody (you'd know them as Power Rangers), given they have Sentai in the title. Why not have a team insert song to play, when all those old Ranger teams got them? Goes with the poses nicely.
