Questa versione e' migliore rispetto a quella di Gigliola Cinquetti, oltre la sua bravura, la canzone e' sorretta da uno stupendo arrangiamento. Bellissima dunque, ad ampio respiro, Però la vittoria no! In quell anno c'erano brani più meritevoli come io che non vivo di Pino Donaggio. Merita una menzione "invece no" di Petula Clark, sempre proveniente da quel festival di quell anno.
Doveva vincere "io che non vivo" di Donaggio, pur essendo bellissima questa canzone soprattutto nella versione de Connie Francis. La versione da studio e' ancora più bella!
