There are some neat little tricks you can use against Sans to make his fight just a bit easier! If you enjoy Undertale videos, then why not subscribe? Discord: / discord #shorts #undertale #deltarune
This reminds me of a comment on a sans no hit video saying that it's just 2 people being unable to hit each other for 10 minutes straight edit: tell me you like lying on the internet without telling me you like lying on the internet (this video)
More tips: -The book and glasses bought from gerson will slow poison damage -The frying pan found early in hotland will make your healing items more effective -The ideal inventory is as follows The pie (full heal can't be missed) The noodles (90 HP might as well be a full heal obtained from alphy's fridge) The steak (60 HP bought from MTT resort) The 3 snowman pieces (45 HP obtained from the snowman NPC) 2 Legendary heroes (40 + an attack buff bought from MTT resort) -The 1st phase will end the turn after sans says "I can't afford not to care anymore" -During the turn between the 1st and 2nd phases you can heal as much as you please without wasting turns EDIT:I forgot this but most people (including me) aren't good enough to get through undyne without the use of a snow piece, if that is the case just replace it with a legendary hero
@@TRProducts. but karma in of itself is a type of poison as it slowly saps away your life force and cannot be lumped in the same category as a burn or frostbite
Personally I think the ideal inventory should be from the items that heal less to the ones that heal the most because if you get hit a lot you wont lose all your hp in the moment but the karma will end up taking it so if you use something like a legendary hero you will get enough hp to survive a normal atack of sans and that way you can save the pie for the last atack
Get the frying pan. It makes all your heals more effective. Save the snowman pieces as tempting as it is to use them on Undyne, don’t. (My ideal strategy is to put them in the box until before the MTT fight) and most importantly, stay calm. Don’t panic ESPECIALLY on the last attack. It’s designed to be panic inducing and it makes you act rashly which will get you killed. Just don’t panic and you’ll be fine
Everyone talks about heals on Undyne, I accidentally got real good at her attacks on my pacifist run, since I didn't know I could run away, and just kept merying her for a few hours..
yes but no, I do have an anti-ghosting membrane keyboard that actually can do the trick, you'll just have to look at a generally higher price-range than your average office keyboard. Also nowadays some laptop keyboards also have anti-ghosting by default, but it really matters on which laptop you choose in that case.
my keyboards like that but I use an app so I can use WASD instead so I just hold down two up and down and A D and it works gotta make it past him somehow am I right?
warning: the holding all 4 arrow keys trick may not work depending on your keyboard, I used to have a membrane one which I think is the one you can't do it with and I couldnt do it
@@ZombieRush22579 A couple is usually referring to 2... Hence the term "Couple" being used to describe two people in a relationship. Happyboy's comment is saying that MysticSlime gave us 3 tips instead of 2. Hope this helps!
@@autistic_potato1037 yea they patched it on switch so the up arrow key is the most powerful the bottom is where you are gonna move if you let go of the bottom you move right then left
I knew about holding the four arrow keys trick for a good while now. As far as the first trick goes, I learned about it from Shay recently, and for the last trick Undertale Genocide speedrunners hits Z and Enter keys fast enough without having to go right then left
I mean maybe speed can do it, but if you time it you don't need to worry about speed nearly as much, just hitting it twice at the correct second is enough
“Hold all the arrow keys at once” my laptop that only lets you press 2 keys at a time and makes a beeping noise and doesn’t register the input if you have 3 or more
Funny thing about the wall slam effect. It works on Nintendo switch too but there's a catch. You cannot do it with a pro controller. Also if you want to do it with the joy cons, they MUST be detached. Or else, for some reason it doesn't work. This seems to be the same for the glitch where you hold up and down and walk into a wall to quickly look around for enemy encounters, it only works with them detached.
My advice is to grab 2-3 Sea Teas and chug them at the start of the fight while his attack patterns are easy. You lose some healing space, but the extra movement speed you keep throughout the fight will trivialize some of his attacks that demand precise movements and inputs to just barely dodge attacks, especially on his final attack where you would normally have to move around in a tight circle to avoid the spiral of blasters. With the Sea Tea strat you can dodge it in your sleep. Is it cheese? Yes. But if you're gonna use weird strats to beat a hard boss, you might as well go all in.
I beat sans without any of these tricks, it is harder but it’s a lot more fun that way, yet thanks for telling me those for when I attempt a no hit with my mates!!! :D I rlly do appreciate your vids, they help me with gameplay and lore that I have yet to figure out!
Perfect loadout for Sans fight: Weapon: Burnt Pan Armor: Cloudy Glasses Healing items: Legendary Hero (Found in the food shop near Core) Legendary Hero (Found in the food shop near Core) Snowman Piece (Get it from a snowman in Snowdin) Snowman Piece (Get it from a snowman in Snowdin) MTT Face Steak (Found in the food shop near Core) Instant Noodles (Found in the fridge in the laboratory) Bscootch Pie (Get it by sleeping in your room in the ruins)
Here’s another one. When the gaster blaster spiral happens, remain calm and don’t lose focus, otherwise you will make a mistake and go directly into it.
Fun fact: ON the attacks where you are stuck on a platform and need to dodge columns of bones, you can jump straight up in between the first and second column while the platform goes back, and you won't have to dodge that final column. Now, many people know that, but many people don't know that on the first version of this attack, you can stay on the right edge of the platform after the first column, and you'll dodge everything!
Also, Torn Notebook and Cloudy Glasses guve you six I-Frames per second, meaning you'll only take 24 damage a second instead of 30, helping with some of the trickier attacks.
Here’s a tip: If you get a spider cider or spider donut in the Ruins, during Muffet’s fight, if you use one of these two items, you’ll instantly be able to spare her, skipping the whole fight entirely.
