you all probably dont give a shit but does any of you know of a way to log back into an Instagram account?? I somehow lost the password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Westin Kamari Thanks for your reply. I found the site through google and I'm in the hacking process now. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later with my results.
Not only it does looks beautiful gorgeous, its sounds beautiful as well ,I always wanted to own a room full of only sansui receivers and amplifiers from 1970s ,and mid eighties.
Bought mine in 1978, while in USAF, base exchange didn’t have speakers that could handle. I had to go to Japan and get em from the factory. This thing sounds a whole lot better than digital crap.
Eso sí son amplificadores,Made in Japan, con unas especificaciones sonoras espectaculares y bonitos, finos, pesados,en resumen, unas auténticas joyas de sonido, paquete de saludos desde Medellín, Colombia.
Ganda talaga last na Makita ko Ang mga ganyan year 1981 sa Jubail pati Yung sansui na 350 watts 50 kls worth $1000 dollars it's my dream but I fail nabili mo marantz lng Ang ganda talaga!
very nice vintage monster receiver! 330 watts RMS across the spectrum with very little THD or intermodulation! Late seventies gem along with the Pioneer SX-1980 (270 Watts) and Technics SA 1000 (300 Watts) ..shud have demo'd the FM mute..
I recently bought an SX-1980 and sold it a week later. Muddy low-end and overall, not a very transparent, high-quality sound. It looks impressive but it's a bit overrated amongst vintage gear. The best brands from this era are: Yamaha, Sansui and Kenwood. And just as a point of History the extremely talented designers from Kenwood went on to form Accuphase which went on to become some (and still are) some of the best gear avail at any price.
@@1970borntorun *Correct. Accuphase are superb. Overall, Y-S-K more desirable for sound. Pioneer notsomuch. Moved away from the "Bling-boxes" decades ago. Cheers!*
Wow I was getting ready to pit my Sansui 9000db receiver out on the trash it just needs the volume control looked @ causes left channel to short static sound when I use volume control knob I bought this system in Fussa City Chrome Tokyo back in 1978 brand new had a pioneer turntable w/ a sansui equalizer and pioneer range expander & reverb components w/ a DBX 224 noise reduction unit w/ Bose 901 series IV I purchased this whole system for around $2,200.0 wow after reading how vintage & valuable this item is I am going to get this unit looked @ and see if I can get it repaired asap thank u for putting these.Vintage DC powered monsters on You Tube! 🇯🇵👌🏾👌🏾😂😎
Yes get it repaired. Is there anyone near you that fixes this classic stuff. The Sansui G9000 was an amazing receiver. It was built like a tank and the tuner sounds great too. What state are you in ?
*Most of the pots of that era were Murata units. Sealed green cubes wave-soldered to PCB. However Caig Labs' DeOxit D5 spray is worth a try first. After that it gets quickly expensive. 9000DBs and 909DBs are keepers and in demand when on offer. Cheers!*
The G's are hard to come by. Found one in 2012, sold it 2016. Haven't seen another since and 'ive been collecting since 2008. I have seen the larger units on Craig's however, commanding crazy money. Love that live soundstage they have.
I saw a g22000 or g33000 back in 2006 at a flea market. Missed out on it..asked the guy how much he sold it for as it was still on the trailer , he said 35 dollars. I bought a nak dragon at same market for 10 bucks a year later. That market has been gone for 12 years , there is a underground water drainage or reservoir facility or something there now . Bummer dude.
Esa es una verdadera obra de arte yo tengo el modelo 3900Z san sui y tengo a parte el modelo AU 3000 prean san sui son dos joyas que.yo tengo el sonido es esquisito
There is no soul in modern day Hi-Fi.... buy any high end receiver from the 70s and you’ll own the most amazing and beautiful equipment ever produced and it will last you your lifetime.....
*Had one and sold it to a buddy when I PCS'd out of Torii Station. I remember the one you mentioned but passed on it. Bronx, NY fraud ghosted me when I asked him was input Jap-only 100VAC or world-voltage-selectable as sold in PXs/BXs. $19K was 'way above market then, still true today. Nostalgic curiosity satisfied. Cheers!*
The FM sensitivity seems to be outstanding, because I noticed you were getting solid stereo signals with around 30 dbu signal strength, and mono came through alright even at 20 dbu.
my god... I would kill for one of these... Currently checking 2000X's on ebay, found one G2000L for 80 bucks, emailed immediately, an hour later got the response "Just sold it"... I got myself an audio technica 120 lp USB with the AT95 cartidge, would you recommend a good vintage amp doing great sound for 140$ max used on the internet ? Preferably a Sansui ?
such a great machine that seems to be doomed to a sad retirement of playing elevator music. too bad, very sad. would be nice if just one time I would like to come to one of these videos and see, and hear these great systems playing some decent and louder music that you can truly test their full parameters with. none the less; still, the sansui is king. thanks.
True, these amps are really nice pieces of audio equipment. I have a Sansui Eight hooked up to a computer via an external ASUS DAC. You wouldn't believe the sound quality these almost 50 year old designs put out. They come from a time when receivers were built to last and be servicable. Mine was completely serviced a year ago. Try getting anything you buy today repaired even 10 years later...
I have a Sansui AU-11000, I would be playing Breadfan by Budgie or Paranoid by Black Sabbath. That's what these are made for! Proper bloody music, through proper fucking speakers.
@@blackrifle6736 So it was never really a receiver since the tuner/preamp were separate because a receiver integrates the power amp, preamp and tuner. I guess the electronics engineers at Sansui couldn't figure out how to fit it all into one unit, yet the guys at Technics, Pioneer, Marantz, etc...all figured it out
@@carewser *"Receiver" is a fluid definition, so depends who you ask. All companies assign their design and engineering staffs objectives based on company goals, values and aspirations. These were intended to be Sansui's limited production halo products. My guess is Sansui intelligence looked at what was coming to market, evaluated internal thermals and decided to go this cost-no-object route. In my opinion, although pushing the definition envelope a bit, the wide ribbon cable qualifies it as a receiver. So be it. Cheers!*
@@blackrifle6736 Wow, you're quite the bafflegabber so you should probably get into politics. A stereo receiver is not a "fluid definition" (whatever that means), and it doesn't depend on who I ask, receivers integrate the power amp, preamp and tuner and I know this because i've owned a few of them over the years. The weirdest thing about Sansui separating them was, there were other companies that didn't separate them yet actually had even more powerful amplifiers so it's weird that Sansui separated them
My uncle use to have an ugly stereo receiver with a pair of speakers with not to many features, bery simple indeed but omg that atereo sistem sounded so amaising, the brand i remember was epicure and my uncle sold it and bought a Technichs receiver instead that sounded good but not as the other one. Im tring to buy a receiver like thar one now but ist to hard to find them.
ive noticed a pattern, why is it most people that have these monster receivers always play some form of jazz or classical music? bitch if i had one of those i would be rocking some pink floyd or boston. fuck this jazz shit
Simple, Jazz and Classical provide the best overall sound quality compared to rock which is usually compressed. Wouldn't mind hearing some Floyd tho :)
Because they want to test the dynamic range, clarity of the notes, and the punch. Jazz and Classical are typically recorded with much greater dynamic range than rock music. I've always liked rock music, but I wasn't a fan of jazz until I heard it on a good stereo.
