My grandson is in your facility. Ezra Garcia dob. April 2,2005. He was to have his braces removed but was there previously and then went into Icarus Behavioral Healthcare then house arrest and do to a misfortune incident in the home was incarcerated again a month ago.My question is if he can get the braces removed in the dental department of your facility? I spoke with Josh Trujillo yesterday and forgot to ask him. He was patient and knowledgeable. He appears to have a true caring for the program and inmates.I appreciated his empathy.This video is very informative. Thank you.
