I love this man! Where was he 25 years ago, lol! Weighing the amounts of icing, and using templates, makes it so much easier when following the making of the model! Takes away all the guesswork and gives you a fighting chance to make a reasonable figure. He explains everything so clearly, you're never left in the dark about anything! Thank you so much!

This looks great. There is one thing you forgot to add though, the bag of presents in the back of the sleigh. I think those presents would make it look even better. It still looks great though, and this was a great video 👍

Hi Mr Yener, I have never used Tylose powder being a slow beginner, 30 + years or so but I was just wondering if you can taste the powder in the food and if it changes the flavor as well as texture. I have so many questions for you, I wish I could just sit down and watch you work and then start joining in to assist you in whatever means necessary, washing dishes or measuring out the ingredients or getting you a cup of coffee. Anything would be a real pleasure Thank you Again for all your time and hard work that you put in for total strangers.
