Some historical info:
Flores de Mayo (Spanish for "flowers of May") is a festival held in the Philippines in the month of May. It is one of the May devotions to the Blessed Virgin Mary and lasts for the entire month.
The Santacruzan (from the Spanish santa cruz, "holy cross") is the ritual pageant held on the last day of the Flores de Mayo. It honors the finding of the True Cross by Helena of Constantinople (known as Reyna Elena) and Constantine the Great.

I really thought that Ilonggo designers are getting better, meaning they should understand that this event is not just for them so they could have made the gowns easier to walk with and light enough to wear. It seems like nagpabonggahan lang cla so most girls look like they're having a hard time walking and walang finess. This is a religious parade to begin with, dpat research din cla with the colors.

Nice nga sya pero lahat ay as if Parada lang ng Kagandahan or Pagentry its not the actual Santacruzan ? Kc pag cinabi mong Santacruzan lahat ng Sagala are Biblical Character with thier original costume discribe on the Bible
