IMHO, 2011 was a missed opportunity for the Jets in not only missing the playoffs, but actually winning the AFC East. Brady pretty much carried that Patriots team to the Super Bowl since their defense wasn’t really good that season.

@@mariosnum1fanThey were terrible 2011: Lost to teams that they should've won, which lead to an epic collapse against the Giants of all teams 2012: Tim Tebow and Buttfumble enough said 2013: Geno Smith being sent to the wolves where he regressed 2015: Wk17 Ryan PickSixPatrick decides to play as his usual self in a must win game against a Rex Ryan lead Bills and chokes the game away. Then fleeces the Jets the year after by playing like crap.

Yea they were solid in the early to mid 10s. To bad double AFC title games and couldn’t get to 1 Super Bowl. That’s gotta hurt! If Rodgers Is 75% next year, that’ll be their shot unless they draft a Penix this year, or a Shadeur next year. Some body gotta take over when Rodgers retires. I think he’ll do 2 more seasons

Well, context for you, this game was hot off the tail of the Browns defeating both the New Orleans Saint and the New England Patriots back-to-back. The Jets were the next near victim, all of these teams being _very_ good at the time. So this game was actually a very intense and meaningful game at the time.
