Great little house design, but I really detest spiral staircases. I know they’re wonderful for not taking up a lot of space, but I find them kind of dangerous, for me, that is! 🙃

Wow. Personally I would use a downstairs bedroom as an office, to make more space upstairs and potentially have a bath in the ensuite. Either that, or the roof needs a spa pool or something. But it’s beautifully rendered and the design is great.

There needs to be some openings on the bottom of the roof patio walls for water to drain and to be able to sweep dirt and debris off.

You have a sumptuously beautiful aesthetic. Your style is really appealing and inviting. From a functional standpoint, I'd suggest two edits ... resituate the downstairs bath so that people in the two bedrooms don't have to walk through the dining/kitchen in full view of the expansive dining window where people passing on the street can see them. One solution could be to instead make one large bedroom downstairs with an ensuite bath and a separate guest bath then turn the existing bath into a laundry room. The other issue is that the upstairs bed backs up against a floor-to-ceiling window on the terrace so anyone can walk up at any point and literally stare into your bed-including kids, guests, and even total strangers since there's nothing to keep anyone from walking up the stairs from the street. I'd probably move the bed away from that window, make those windows into functional doors so you can access the terrace then add window coverings and security bars (or add a gate to the exterior stairwell). Little details for functionality. 😉 Otherwise, the aesthetic is flawless-absolute eye candy! Beautifully done!

Overall, the house looks amazing.. from the exterior pa lang happy vibes na! Although there is a sense of neutrality in the interiors.. maybe its the wall or maybe i wanted to see more accent wall to match the energy sa labas ng bahay. But i love the comfort room 😍. When i look at ur design, i imagine saang area ako mag stay most likely.. ang sagot ko is sa balcony/veranda/lanai or sa comfort room = best feature.

Not fond of the staircase and wish it had more kitchen cabinets. I love to cook and eat. But the dinning area is great!! The outside is so beautiful!! That roof is everything. And the living is small but so cute and has just what you need. Great design.

BEAUTIFUL external design especially with the flower boxes up top but, building such a design in the tropics which experiences tonnes & tonnes of rainfall throughout the year, you'll have a drainage problem with the excess water seeking a way out and staining the walls as another person commented. This design will be better suited in a region that does not experience lots & lots of torrential rainfall. Honestly love, love the design thou.

The textures and vegetation look so realistic!! What software did you use for the animation and the terrain?

The exterior made me curious and it looks great but the interior has so many problems at every turn: you get in the house and the welcome is a bump into the chairs (there is no place to put them anywhere else either!), if you want to watch TV you need to stand because the way the sofa is staged you will end up with neck pain and still no TV because that is the only way you can put the sofa, then the 'big' view of the washer & dryer that becomes the focal point from everywhere, from the cooking/gathering spot, from the dining table, from the outside thru the big window and from the main entrance!... if it would have been a painting of a washer & dryer it would have been maybe eclectic, but a real washer & dryer? Then think of the ones that use the two tiny bedrooms having to go to the batroom - that will also imply parading in front to the one cooking/conversing or the ones having dinner. Master bedroom and working area in the same place is such a big no-no and sooo unromantic. But again, very nice exterior with serious interior design issues (and I have not even tackled the storage or lack of, a garage/car port even if riding something on two wheels and the green space) - will be great if you can re-design the interior

Would be perfect since most of the homes are built into the side of a mountain. Wonderful air flow since there's no air conditioning. It is like living out side which is what I was taught that Greeks love doing.

I am a fan of a frontview staircase, it looks attractive and inviting (easy to eyecatch any strangers as others said staircase must be at the backyard, then the akyat-bahay will be hidden too 😅) I love the plant boxes on the top but imagining how to access while planting, repotting, resoiling and the drainage of the watering might stain the walls. Nevertheless, I still nominate as one best houseplan idea.. 😉😉

Oo! I'd switch the kitchen/dining layout and extend the kitchen outside for cooler house temps during cooking + decrease difficulty cleaning. idk why cleanup and comfort are so rarely considered in kitchen design.
