@@sourpotpie2000 ridiculous comment. In the west you actually get all of the different cultures coming together - that is the exact opposite of “uncultured”. Keep your silly comments to yourself. Sincerely, An Indian in Britain
This guy is such a Nepalese gem the whole time he is representing nepali foods nepali culture nepali religion nepali festival such a legend nepal has ever got . Hats off sir
Nepalese politicians have a lot to learn from this man !! He is serving food blended with full of emotions, culture, traditions, uniqueness and more importantly the love for his motherland..Jai Nepal!!🇳🇵🇳🇵
This guy is an absolute genius and should be on the world stage. I have been watching cooking shows since 1994 and I have never heard of monkey aphrodisiac and feather spices. Every time you see this guy he is thinking outside the box and cooking something different. The are so many cooking shows and all you are seeing is one thing over and over and over again, this guy is always bringing something different and the vegetables feast at the end he just killed it! Well done Santosh, you are up there with the best and would even stand out among the best!
I'm an Indian but I spent 12 years in Nepal, both places are home to me. I was feeling so emotional looking at people in Dhaka topi celebrating for him and his Tama (bamboo shoot) chutney brought back so many childhood memories. I'd do anything to taste every single thing he cooked. 👏
The idea of using the burnt chicken feathers for flavor, by which the judges are so fascinated, orignates from the Kirati dish 'Tite' or 'Wachipa'. Hats off to Santosh for such creative fusion representing whole of Nepal !
Santosh Ji deserved to win. He's awesome. The way he created harmony of different Nepali cuisines is so thoughtful☺️ Thank you for giving such respect to Nepali foods. You are a real hero!
Chef Santosh greeted everyone with folded hands (Namaste) multiple times throughout this video. A man who is rooted and proud of who he is and where he comes from, is destined to achieve great wonders. No surprise he won, not only the contest but hearts of everyone who got to see him crafting that delicious Nepalese food. What a man!
lots of Love from India! Wow, what a guy, just looking at him sobbing with happiness, I feel how honored he feels by representing Nepal to the whole world. It was a responsibility to represent his culture and food, that's what weighing him down but he did good. It shows he had a humble upbringing. I had tears in the end :)
It's an emotional moment finally santosh came back and win the tropy rematch 2021 cooking with his heart and love into his food to represent Nepal and his mom I am happy that he won 🇳🇵🇳🇵🇳🇿🇳🇿
Wow! What an amazing experience watching Chef Santosh in his art. I wish I was one of the judges so I could feast on the dishes he created. Congratulations Chef Santosh and Nepal. 👏🥇

Not only Napal made the history but also vegiterian food! Most of the Master Chef winners cooked fish dishes as safe bet to win. Santosh cooked vegiterian delight to win Master Chef. That's a first in Mater Chef's history. Mater Chef competitions around the world should notice this!

Inspiration to all Nepali around the world that one person can make the difference. He has clear vision, goal and mission which he probably dreamed long time ago come to a reality.
Even though i am a boy I literally man after so much long months i cried man i can emotionally connect with this man and with his smile tears were dropping for no reason this man is extraordinary to win he could have present any other dices but he didn’t care and presented all typical nepali food which is heart taking and took nepal in such level man i am your fan big brother 1st time i want anyones autograph and pic 😁 i am studying engineering in nepal but i will be in london some days and i will go to your restaurant 1st than in my room but plz open in Kathmandu too we will come and enjoy your food and even though i am from middle class and haven’t been in expensive restaurants but i will come in your one no matter how expensive it will be love you bro ❤️❤️❤️ and thank you so much for making my 1st of jan my new year beautiful with this video best of luck and we all love you ❤️❤️❤️

@@mailarrives nepal is very diversed, from sea level to world's tallest peak in the world , guess how many different customs ,traditions and food are different from eachother , different part and community eat and have different food and culture. What do you mean he wasn't cooking neplease food 😆
@@bardanmalla193 diversity does not mean elevation dude. momo is momo whether you live in terai or Himalaya. yes, the sauce could be different, but that is solely due to locally produced vegetables, available spices and cooking techniques; not culture. major festivals are still the same. some altercations are expected, but tell me this, when did Nepalese start eating malpuwa with icecreams? lol
@@mailarrives you can't grow same food in Terai and same in the rocky mountains. Elevation and geography is directly linked with culture if they have been living since hundreds of years which they have . In cold people like to eat warmer food then people who like to eat cooler food then in hot terai . Different cast and region have their own festival specific to them . Nepal have 123 languages with 125 cast . Even religion most people follow according to their region.
Food is part of life and if you really representing your country's food from your bottom of the heart ❤️,and finally you will get rewarded at the big stage, then that is it.its a rare proud moment for all of us.well done sir for this wonderful emotional feeling.!! We love you❤️.
Fell in love with Santosh watching the season which he won, and now he's back to win it again. His food is amazing, and I wish I could try it. His smile lights up the room. What an amazing man all around.
I feel Nepali food is one of the hardest food to cook….. so much ingredient to bring the authentic taste! So to bring this to a competition with a time frame is just beyond imaginable
We all Nepalis respect you our dearly, respectable Nepal's Chef Shree Santosh, our love with tears. Thanks .....you're made us feel proud (we...with our sons and daughters -in law grand child....salute you about 17 different dishes of Nepal....Merry Christmas and Happy new year of 2022 to all).
Every second I watched being a proud Nepali and took a lots of inspiration, Hats off to this fellow, I embrace the way how he represents Nepal in world wide community with his amazing art of cooking. #SatoshShahYouMakeUsProud
Nepalese tradition, Nepalese food, Timeless recipes, loved by millions, Thousand years culture in a plate! How couldn't he win with that which won the hearts of all Nepalese.
There is nothing typical about his cousin, they were extraordinary. I loved his last comment a lot, " always stick to your root". Congratulations mate. Can't wait to see you opening up restaurant all over the world.
This man always amazes me, we are saving money to go eat good foods like Chinese, Italian, Thai and many more but here he is making some simple dish which we have everyday and surprising everyone… #RESPECT #KEEPGROWING
The pride I feel to see my country's food win is something phenomenal. I however feel sorry that this country couldn't give you the platform MasterChef has given you Mr Santosh.
