Many SAP cloud solutions offer a selection of basic user learning based on common business processes. Access and use of this user learning is free and delivered through SAP Companion, which is integrated into many SAP applications.
Provides descriptive explanations for specific areas on the current screen. Enables users to quickly learn new or infrequently used applications.
Provides step-by-step guidance through processes in the live system. At the end of the guided tour, the user has completed tasks/processes in the live system.
Simulation environment step-by-step process walkthrough. At the end of the simulation, the user will be able to work in the live system. Task-based simulations (tutorials) are available as well as "Get Started" for general SAP system navigation and "Implement & Configure" to explain to administrators and key users how to customize and configure the SAP system.
Getting Started tutorials are available in 9 languages: English (United States), German, Spanish, French, Portuguese (Brazil), Simplified Chinese, Russian, Korean, and Japanese. All other tutorials are in English only.
