Why you did not assign Business area to company code to connect with company??

Bcz business area is define at client level, so there is no need to assign to particular Company code

Chart of Account nothing but the Account groups for which we create the GL for example Expense related GL/Revenue related GL /Asset related GL and Liabilities related GL . B. Types of COA are 3. a. Operating chart of account which is used for day to day transactions b. Country COA those are country specific for example in China they use country specific COA for legal purpose other and the last one is Group COA is used for consolidated financial report last but not the least COA is configure at client level not company code level..

Retain account galat batay p&l me debit is loss and credit is profit. You r record exactly wrong.

Hi Himanshu, I have followed every step mentioned by you but when I tried to save data in 'Retained earnings account' then I got error ''Account 100000 not created in charts of accounts''. I checked every step twice. Can you please help that what could be the reason? waiting for response.

When you type 100000 then double enter and save. On 1st Enter you will get error message, enter it again and it will be OK, now you can SAVE.
