Great presentation, very clear and easy to follow. I have couple questions on numbers showing on some of the tiles: 1) Do we or can we get those numbers in any tile or that is only on those that is showing up 2) Can we modify what type of number can be shown on tiles, example on Project - Actuals Fiori App can we make the tile show me Revenue and Cost based on some initial set-up filters? @sap design
Thank you!! We're happy you like the video and find it useful! We asked our product experts and I am sharing here the feedback we got: 1. You can get those numbers only on tiles where a number is showing up. 2. If you want a tile with a different number shown, you can achieve that by creating a new tile with your custom query and replacing the original tile in the Fiori launchpad by your new tile. You can do that for list reports and analytical list reports, by defining the filter, saving it as a view, and then selecting “save as tile”. For Smart Business KPI tiles, you can create a new KPI and corresponding tile. The example application you mention, “Project - Actuals”, is a static tile which does not show an number, so here you would not be able to create your own tile with your own filter. Hi, thanks for your question! Users can add documentation to applications themselves using SAP Enable Now, which is the tool that provides the help that is shown in the demo. They have to license it to be able to do their own documentation; only the read-only version is included in the S/4H license. Hope it's helpful!
