Enhancement 31: Create proforma automatically when sales order saved.
Solution:
• Business will create F5 (Proforma) to the sales order
• Billing batch jobs won’t create proforma invoices
• Special function medium that is 8
• Special function program should be developed
• Condition record should be maintained with medium 8 with dispatch either of 1/2/3
• In case of dispatch time 1 or 2 then need to run the report RSNAST00
• In case of dispatch time 3, then need to run the report SD70AV1A
• Call this FM TEST_CREATE_PROFORMA to create invoice
