We are in the release 740 SP 10. The newest support package for this relase is SP14, so we must download SP 11, SP 12, SP 13 and SP14;
Prerequisites
First upgrade SPAM/SAINT for the last version;
Perform this action on Client 000, the user must have the same permissions as SAP* or DDIC;
